I am sorry, I know this is late, but I am only seeing this for the first time just now. I was blown away by the chrysanthemum cotton story. I would love to hear more about that one day. Thank you so much for all of your wonderful insight.

    Hi Leo,
I am happy to find your videos. My country is Peru and I believe that I am the only one who practices the tea ceremony of the kankyu-an school. My teacher returned to Japan. I am always looking to get in touch with students from our school. Like you, I am passionate about everything related to the tea ceremony. That is why I found your videos, I am looking to learn how to make wagashi. Study on my own.
    Thanks for your videos.

Leo this is amazing, thank you for sharing! I have a question - when I work with nerikiri dough, I have trouble with it getting too soft and floppy. Is it because my nerikiri still has too much moisture? And sometimes it gets too sticky and difficult to work with. Do you know why this happens to my dough? I would really like to get the right consistency so I can make beautiful wagashi too :)
