- The Flex Seal Family of Flood Protection products is a new innovation in flood protection designed to help create a flood barrier around your home or business, with no heavy lifting of sandbags required. These UL-verified*, patent-pending new products are specifically designed to help slow down or even stop floodwaters from entering your home or business and can be removed once the waters recede. However, there’s some important information that you need to know.
Every structure is different. Depending on the age and type of construction, there may be areas that can’t be seen or sealed. So, it’s impossible to stop all floods from entering every time, but our Flood Protection products can help.
Even when you use our flood protection products, you still must ALWAYS FOLLOW YOUR STATE AND LOCAL WEATHER ADVISORIES AND EVACUATION ORDERS.
Also, if you’re sealing your entire structure, including your primary entry/exit, all persons, pets, and essential belongings must be removed from the premises. Once your final entry point is sealed, you will not be able to re-enter without breaking the Flood Protection seal.
Dry Time depends on temperature, humidity, and thickness of coating. Allow 24-48 hours for Flood Protection products to cure before floodwaters arrive.
Not intended to protect against flash floods, or to protect against floating and flying debris. Not intended to withstand extreme winds, water pressure, or if there is structural damage to the building. Apply to the exterior of the structure. Unsealed porous surfaces may seep water during extended underwater exposure.
It’s important to read all product labels and safety warnings.
*The Flex Seal Family of Flood Protection Products has been evaluated by UL Solutions and meets applicable verification requirements for stopping water intrusion for the specified gap widths and water depths as described below. These tests were performed in a UL Solutions laboratory using the manufacturer’s recommended application instructions.

Showing exactly how you did this makes me believe in the product so much. I often worry that commercials embellish and give favorable conditions, but this... this was all real! Also Phil Swift is a goat of a CEO, he put himself on the line with only his products to protect him. They even showed the CGI bits to show how real this is!

I still remember the first time I saw a flex seal commercial. It was incredible to see someone saw a boat in half just for a small commercial. Flex seal makes the best commercials.

This is by far the craziest and most incredible Flex Seal Commercial ever! Just 12 years ago we was looking at the first ever commercial for Flex seal. Now 12 years later Phil Swift floods an entire house 3 feet deep and the inside is completely dry with flex seal flood protection products. AMAZING! 💪❤👊
sell this product to Indonesia, maybe many will buy it because now in Indonesia it is the rainy season and almost every time it rains there will definitely be flooding, Whether it's on the streets or in residential areas

The amount of effort Flex Seal does is amazing. It’s not green screen product showing, it’s testing it out on situations that will happen. To sawing a boat in half, to making this giant pool of water. The most expensive marketing idea, Flex Seal goes out of their way to do more than expected. They smash our expectations with mind blowing ideas. Thank you Flex Seal for repairing my pool a couple months ago, and thank you for all the things I repaired in the past.

I was doubting the commercial, now I'm here watching this video. Awesome.
Original shots with original colours look much better than edited shots, where you've changed colour gamma and etc.
Those final cuts look like VFX, although we know they are actually real.
