About Figuring Out
Figuring Out Podcast is a Candid Conversations University where Raj Shamani brings raw conversations with the Top 1% in India.
Yess.....that's Raj Shamani.
No over acting, no hyper positivity, no fairy tales.
Organic, to the point and honest.
No Allahabadia was hurt by this comment😂
@@official.rajarshidutta 😂
@@official.rajarshiduttagay + hyper positivity and acting + talking and behaving like girl = allahabadiya 😂😅😂
Exactly....his calmness and good posture....also no extra head movement are his plus point...
@@RaoVikasYadav-sahab Do women have copyright on certain type of communication skill? And how do one behave gay? You know that gay, trans and cross dressers are three different things right? A super masculine guy(like that chad guy in meme) can be gay. It is sexual preference. People don't "behave gay"
How do you behave straight?? According to you only men who speak loudly like women ? Or soft speakers are also straight? You lack commonly known information bro. It's not colonial time anymore ,we don't have anti trans and anti gay laws. Stop being homophobic. Why is being gay or transgender a joke? Fir toh being straight pe bhi joke maro? Kyunki tum straight ,trans aur gay paida hote ho. Tumhe koi jabardasti bole ki tu ladki se nahi ladko se relationship rakh aur unhi se shaddi kar.karoge? Tum gay paida hi nahi hue toh ladko mein intrest nahi hoga. Jis lakdi ko ladkiyo mein interest hai woh paida hi ese Hui toh ismein uski kya galti. This is very normal. There are documentaries made on homosexual animals. It is natural. As normal as a 5 year old kid walking
I completely agree with it , plan A, B, C,D,E sab hona chahiye.... if u hv to achieve something good in life. If plan A fail then we need support with other plans.

One of the best podcast I had ever heard❤
Hope I will met such kind of souls in my life😊
He has got only communication skills . The top floor is empty.
Amazing conversation! Depth & Breadth of knowledge 🙌
One of the greatest and knowledgeable prodcast in my life. He's really admirable person , thanks Raj bro to make a prodcast with this person.
Amazing conversation sir !! please make this type of conversation with other IAS officers
Roads are mostly good for the tourist places. Governmentt has to make sure it provides clean toilets good restaurants and clean budget stay. This will improve tourism a lot.
Being an IAS he is so disconnected with the reasons behind why a common youth from T2/T3 city plan to go abroad. There are not many opportunities here in these cities. Not everyone can make pakoda here and survive with a family. In countries like Canada/Aus with hard-work they can.
And of course they dont bear the guilt of corruption money. They have a cleaner conscience.
Ye IAS nahi tha
Rightly pointed out.
I lived in T3 city of Assam 3 of my Friends become enterprineur after graduation, one is open 4 men parlour around city , one manufacture and sells bamboo crafts , and do organic mustard oil already opened 2 factories
In Canada, which type of job they did, are you aware of that 😂
Whatever your income in canada that is not more than pakoda wala except Highly skills job.
Improve your skills only
Nehi to jisko chaye banana nhi aata, Uska chaya ghanta sell hoga.
I think you got my point ☝️
Mr. Vivek Attray is way ahead of the brightest minds in our system. If he can galvanise thousands to set the ball rolling to transform India, we would achieve a superpower status in the eyes of every global citizen.

He was talking about Chandigarh.. i miss the city so much.
Been brought up there. Its the cleanest, greenest city (at least the time I lived it was)
Been 7 years since I left the city. But its amazing to live there
ABSOLUTELY LOVED THISSSSSSS, DIDN'T WANT IT TO END AT ANY POINT
it would be better if two of you are in single screen other than in split parts when you both came together on screen... thankyou for this.
You are the best one in India as a Podcaster.
I met a deadly accident but miraculously survived. I was in coma for many days. As brain had multiple injuries so my interpretation or perspective towards life is completely changed. You may call me as I almost crossed the line between life and death.
Pls share your perspective of life. I want to learn from you.
I agree
Vivek ji, you cannot contact a govt officer. I tried to contact the DM of a district, I emailed, phoned 3 numbers from the website, only one rang the other 2 says wrong number. There was 2 email address. My message from one email came back undelivered, other email went to the DM but I never received a reply. Even the DM mobile number is on website he never answers the phone. Indian govt officers are under trained, lazy, corrupt.
You mentioned tourism and Taj. My dream was to visit the Taj so made the trip in 2011. As a NRI we paid God knows how much more, waited for 2hrs in queue. The security persons were letting in people through the back door via the paid dalals. We were approached but denied their service. In the end we got in, we took some photos leading up to the Taj which took half hour. We just reached the Taj to go in only to be told by the security guards to leave the Taj, why? "VIP visit". We were horrified. They told us to come back the next day and use the same ticket. But we were not staying the night in Agra. We asked who this VIP was. Some of them said they don't know. As we were going out of Taj other tourists were just as horrified and told us that the VIP was a Supreme Court judge and his family. If tourists are treated like this forget about India being a tourist country.
The other very annoying thing is the civil etiquette of the citizens, the glare, interference, asking personal questions and over all trust??
India has a long to go. The mind set and politics is the main problem. India need to mature which will take another 2/3 generations. You need a huge social revolution.
man who knows his stuff... a wise man who has seen much life ..he's an OG...these type of people should rule politic.
Superb podcast
I normally don't watch such long videos but something about this video, I watched it till the end.

Vivek Sir visited my school last year... that's the first time i got to know about him and his works... about how he played the Ranji Trophy and then became an IAS officer and now a motivational speaker... And today this podcast has made me a bigger fan of him... Thank you Raj bhaiya...😊
he was state pcs officer, later become ias with promotion. he was not through upsc, many ias become DM at the age of 25-30, he became after 50, so he cant be even divisional commissioner, secratery is not possible so he is not appropriate to saying ias
@@Square500 dont spread lies, he cleared upsc and he is from Haryana IAS cadre!
@@Sgt.Slaughter He is telling lie by using ias post or name,he is promoted ias, He was passout from college in 1988 that mean he was 22yr old in 1988. he became IAS in 2005 that mean he was 39-40yr old that time. He is brahmin. Before 2013 there was only 4 attempt and 28 yr max age for open category in upsc exam, and he became ias in 2005 before that he was director IT, that mean he was pcs officer and promoted to ias. He became DM or DC panchkula in 2014 at the age of 48 yr, generally ias through upsc at this age of 48 that mean nearly 18-24 yr of service become home secratery level in state or joint secratery or above in central or chief of some department

Can u believe,I never seen professor on podcast,,,even u know ther re top in whole world than ias❤
About tourism points very to the point... sir
Wonderful episode, liked it so much.
You should have gone deeper into tourism …. Completely ignored medical and corporate tourism …. Cities like Dubai attract more tourists due to the Corporate events and expos compared to india …. We don’t even bid for such events on a world level …. We have the facilities also … plus any Corporate person spends a lot more money than a regular budget traveler …. Such verticals of tourism should be developed faster …
Wow u r amazing Raj nice tip at the last of urs ❤for public speaking

Govt jobs are best, govt works for country, by doing govt job you can serve the country and contribute in the growth of the country, I would urge youngsters to go into govt jobs.
When the tourists arrive in India and leave the airport, the agency starts taking the tourists to nice places across India (chosen in the location website). The traveler can only pay on the government website and fix the payment location as chosen. And the agency works with the government.

Punjab has done better in Asian games than the previous times, which is second most medal taker after Haryana even after facing the drug and mass migration problems. Also, there were 10 hockey players just from Punjab itself played for the Indian hockey team which won gold medal in asian games.
Nice conversation 😊
Hi,
I liked the discussion and the tips. I would like you to have an interview with some veterans who can inspire young electrical engineers who specially did EEE and not yet got a satisfactory job. If they can throw some light on the rooftop solar viability / marketability.

Young people go abroad and settle there because there’s an honest daily life and respect for fellow human beings…across all sections of society…unlike in India
Young people go abroad for money. Nothing else. No one cares for an honest life. Do you think America is all fair? It’s far from truth.

UK railways is one of the struggling sector and so many strikes / delay in service.
I left for UK for better education and hands on learning. This was due to luck and lack of opportunity to study. I work in a high paying job, of course because of my hard work and consistency. Also corruption is one of the current major issue I am not heading back 😢. You should teach people how to whistle blow. That's the need for the hour 🙏
Really great talk 👍 keep figuring out and keep sharing 😊
Unfortunately Indian Railways is now copying UK railways so expect our service to deteriorate.
really inspiring.
The only thought that has been on my mind over the whole podcast is..If he knew about all those problems in the tourism sector. Why didn't he improve upon those? Why did he leave the service and now making us count all the drawbacks.
Learned a lot🎉
