WAY TO GO RICK ON THE PAINTJOB. AMAZING WORK!!!💪🏻
Your dad did a really great job painting the El Camino. My dad had the talent for painting. We had a body shop in the early eighties. We actually did everything an auto shop.
Dad has talent on the paint gun , beautiful work, old guys RULE!😊
You did a terrific job on that old camino. Ill bet the neibors are envious of it. Shows what a father and son can really accomplish. Kudos, Bill
Glad you are painting the El Camino. It deserves some Love after years of abuse. 😊😊😊😊
Rick you did a fantastic job on the paint. You are great at everything you do!!!!!!! Keep the videos flowing.
What an outstanding paint job! I like everything about it. The skill of the painter made most of the difference, but I believe the dog's supervision also helped win the day! I hope you see all three of you taking your completed project out on the road soon! Aloha!
Yeah ol boo keeps an eye on things

You and your dad knocked it out of the park on this car! I prefer a paint job to patina anyday! Nice work! Car look fantastic!
Very nice. You’ve taken something sad,and turned it into a very happy El Camino. Lots of work, but amazing result. Great painting.
From bringing it home on a trailer, to the mechanicals, through body work and paint. A great set of videos. Great content. Thank you. I wish more CZcamsrs went through the entire process like you and your Dad. I think I can say that everyone watching wants one more episode to show the completed car.

Great job Dad 👍
That paint job is killer ! What a cool cruiser. I use paint guns from Harbor Freight, the 15.99 one. I've tried more expensive guns but those do the best job for me.
Love the color.....she is beautiful !! nice paint job sir !
Always a pleasure to watch craftsmen do work they obvious love.
That El Camino never looked better, even when it got out of the production line 60+ years ago. Really commendable job you guys did with it, I love it! Cheers from Buenos Aires.
Joining cut panels so you cant tell that its been repaired is a real art, it doesn't mattenr how good the paint is it wont hide bad panel work. So congratulations to youre dad on getting the body work tip top shape with a beautiful paint job to go, well done chaps looking forward to the finished car. I dont often post messages as i always think they are never read but i was compelled to leave one after seeing this post. All the best Gary 🇬🇧🇬🇧

Wow! It looks fantastic. What excellent work you both do. Thank you for your videos. 🙏
So, the Shorts just showed me your channel. I noticed that you were a bit hesitant to ship that sweet caddy limo out of the country but how you changed your mind.
Let me make you feel even better about that.
I live in Sweden and the classic car scene here is huge. I have lived in a number of small towns (2.5 - 10 k population) and there are SO many 30-70's cars in immaculate shape.
On the street I live I have two neighbors who each own 1955 convertible Ford Thunderbirds, the ones with the spare wheel on the rear. One in a perfect cherry red and the other in super clean yellow. All restored to perfection.
There are regular "cruise meetups" when the season permits.
The larger Cadillacs are no rare sight either. just yesterday I passed a SUPER clean black 53 Bonneville with a matching camper behind it.
So, all in all, the love for classic cars is still alive and well over here. You can feel good about passing those gems on, they will live on for a long time. :)
