this video is also pretty late lol, my schedule is still just doomed rn lmao. talking about the crimson dynasty and rhinedottir, with an inkling of King Irmin lore, I should make a video about him at some point. anyone else see the acheron cutscene video? prepping to back into honkia star rail mode next week when 2.1 drops. anyway building on the perinheri book video from yesterday that came in genshin impact patch 4.5 that talks about the curse of the wilderness and the price for betraying the gods. its interesting given it implies worship is kinda mandatory if your already worshipping, but if its thats the case then how are all the archons comfortable with this? Venti, Zhongli, Ei and Nahida either dont know the entire situation. ( raiden shogun doesnt and prolly nahida) but the other two should know. But if they do know then just makes venti and zhongli more sus then before, but ig it was either them or you. anyway can some explain alrecchino gameplay leaks to me, i saw the set got leaked, but still dont get her gameplay, build or what the bond of life stuff is lol. i just pull cause alrecchino hot, and figure it out later ig.

The term Crimson Moon is honestly such an interesting topic, and seems to have involvement beyond just Khaenri'ah. The Crimson Moon is brought up in so many things; it's brought up in Perinheri, it's brought up in Fall of the Faded Castle, where it talks about a castle that sank into the sea, (maybe Remuria?) There's even the achievement for finishing the desert chessboard "La Luna Rossa" (literally Italian for red moon" with the description "Across this vast chessboard, what horrors have been enacted under the light of the blood-red moon?" So that might have to do with the downfall of Deshret's rule. The whole Crimson Moon thing seems to be affiliated with the downfall of quite a few kingdoms...
Khaenriah disaster is really complex and subjective. But everyone was directly or indirectly affected by it

I believe the names that Skirk gives are all the horsemen of the apocalypse, the Sword = Surtalogi (Alberich), Famine = Vedrfolnir, Wild Beasts = Rhinedottir and she keeps one unnamed.. Plague/war/Conquest = Alf?

The first author, writing near the cataclysm, is assuming the story is talking about riftwolves, because that's the alchemical war beast they were most familiar with. Then the later authors do more research, and realize riftwolves were created way after the period the story was set in, and change the term used for the alchemical beasts.
After recently discovering your channel, I have been thruroughly surprised by how many theories I've had to spend time watching.

2:05 so I think someone on a video somewhere was claiming that the Chinese version of Perinheri uses different gendered pronouns for Perinheri according to the sex of the Traveler. They didn't mention whether the gender matches the Sibling or is the opposite. So if you are confident in your Chinese maybe you should check on that? Or perhaps you were the person who mentioned it... I can't find it anywhere now.
Even if it is true it doesn't seem to fit since the setting of the story is comfortably centuries before the earliest time the Twins could have arrived. Also it would be hard to identify Perinheri with Sibling for other reasons such as not being a child and arriving with a twin.
But even with these problems I would have thought I'd here no end of it about the gender swap if it was actually true, so I was suspicious of it, especially given the track record for English translated from Chinese to have to make up a random gender apparently because the Chinese is ambiguous on gender with it's pronouns?
Well if "swallowed" does mean "revenge" in the Chinese that does provide evidence for Dainsleif not merely talking about the cause of destruction in terms of that single day - which seems to have been either fire from the city burning or else a sort of red colour from the Unknown God's cubes discolouring the regular moon.
There's a problem with this two dynasties approach though. Namely the pride that the nobles of the Eclipse feel in their pure blood. Are we supposed to think that this same set of nobles and pure blood was present during prior dynasties and so came down from whatever non-human ancestor helped found Khaenri'ah? Or is all the pure blood stuff new for the Eclipse dynasty meaning that whatever special ancestor there was began only 4-6000 years ago?
the gender thing i remember reading was about the cn genshin team changing all the pronouns as they pertain to the player, so for instance "you". from my understanding it doesnt mean much in the way of perinheri.
with regards to the pure bloods, important to note, it isnt just nobles that had pure bloods, lotta the aristocrats did too. and given the alberich family has survived for thousands of years, it doesnt seem wholly unreasonable they, or any other family would keep the blood line pure given the potential consequences

I like how you can't say one side is totally good or totally bad. Celestia may do some bad and questionable things, but with the appearance of the whale we now know for sure that there are things out in the universe that can and will destroy planets. Khaenriah also has every right to want freedom and they have done some pretty amazing things, but they weren't exactly pillars of morality and what they did was pretty destructive and now we know that there was some in fighting that may have made things worse. Who knows what would have happened to the Kingdom if there wasn't any.
Anyway getting the book Perinheri in a down patch makes me wonder what they have planned next patch where we might get a Dain quest.

We know that the Abyss Order were actually kind off separate to Khanreans themselves.
Cause of pureblooded curse of immortality and non-pure, and not native curse of wilderness that provide classifications to khanreans.
This means that the Abyss Order are more likely non-pure and non-native khanreans or come from a much older civilations, which is another faction in khanreah.
So far the only other faction confirm is the crimson moon dynasty that probably implies that the crimson moon and the abyss order are the same and Dainsleft knew about it.

I have a theory,based on periheri book,that the one who curse pure bloods of khaenri'ah is not because of what khaenri'ah released and their higher ups arrogance agains the gods,but rather a punishment and 'blessing' from a celestia goddess who's been punished for going against the heavenly principles for falling in love with a human scholar(or in fantasy terms a mage)and make demigods with him.

i did research him since we spoke yes, although to me erlang shen sounds ALOT like xiao tbh. correct me if im wrong, both have a "third eye", both are fight against evil spirits, and both are extremely skilled fighters. Although it might not be referenced in game, I remember the inspiration for the adepti was something to do with chinese mythology and the third eye adepti have, do you know what im talking about?

I find it funny that the most significant thing in version 4.5 is a new book and that you were able to make (at least so far) 3 great videos about it in a row with nothing else relevant enough lore wise to talk about. Ig there is an event ongoing and a new character and story quest were released but this book contains so much information. Well now that I’ve completed all of the main story archon quests (I have interludes 2 and 3 that need to be completed after I complete the prerequisite story quests), I have joined you in the annoying wait for 4.6 although I still have many incomplete quests. At least I don’t have to suffer too much (yet).

I only have Yae Miko and Mona as 5 stars and they are in dire need of leveling up which is something I’m going to do as my characters other than the traveler are under leveled since I was too busy enjoying the story. I want Father ofc but I prefer having useful characters at this point that can truly help me to progress further in the game with less difficulty (I am using a Dendro-Electro-Hydro team with Dendro traveler, my 2 five stars and Yaoyao so even if my team is ridiculously under leveled, I’m still surviving)
ahh, then it depends, with bennett shes a solid unit, but without ehhhh. and running her without a shielder could be annoying cause she has no resistance in her kit, which means if you either need to learn to dodge or get flung around. but if u dont have kazuha or neuv id prioritize them over alre if ur focused on strength
@@DawitsLookingforEmilia I do have Bennett I’m pretty sure I just got him recently although he isn’t built at all. I do like using Yae Miko so Ig I’ll prob pull for the Dragon and use him alongside Miko, Bennett and idk, maybe Yaoyao as I like using her and her healing also doubles as dendro offense. I do really enjoy having damage being dealt by sources that aren’t just me and if I didn't get Miko on her recent banner I would definitely have struggled a lot. She has been so useful and she is my top priority to level up. If I have enough primos after Neuvillette, I’ll probably wait for Furina’s rerun as from what I’ve seen she’s an amazing unit with both attack and healing and I could prob use her instead of Yaoyao or Bennett. Depends when she comes out again though. Also walking on water. You would think she was the real hydro archon based off of her abilities lol
