How Croissants | Croffle Croissant Waffle | Super crispy and moist | Meliniskitchen

    Hello, today I made a Croissant and Croffle
    I make the dough at home and keep it frozen, so I take it out and bake it whenever I want to eat it, so my house is like a cafe and I feel happier and delicious haha
    Today's Ingredients: 300g al purpose flour, 140g unsalted butter (left at room temperature) 30g sugar, 5g salt, 5g instant dry yeast, 160g(ml) of hot water, waffle pan
    Some important parts!!
    -Cool room temperature: Please avoid summer . because butter should not melt when kneading
    -Second fermentation: Ferment at room temperature about 23 degrees for 1-2 hours. It's about twice as big, and it's good if it's soft!

    저 이거 만들어봤는데 정말 맛있어요!!
    특히 반죽에 버터 넣고 냉장 후 밀대로 밀 때
    버터가 반죽 밖으로 녹아 튀어나오지 않게 하는 것이 중요한 것 같아요! 만들어서 정말 맛있게 먹었습니다! 소중한 레시피 공유 감사해요♥️♥️

    오븐 안에서 발효해도 될까요? 냉동보관해뒀다 먹으려면 2차발효까지 한 후, 냉동보관해야 될까요?

    I need to comment I usually don’t but I made this today and wow it came out so good for someone who know nothing about baking and cooking. I made a mistake where I leave the dough with butter in the refrigerator for like 3 h hahaha it expanded so much and have air in it so it was hard to flat it out. They where ugly Bc of that but still so tastyyyyy I use butter with salt is not so salty it’s perfect for breakfast so crunchy and chewy inside so don’t be afraid of doing it. I promise you it will come out so good and I use regular sugar Bc I dont have brown sugar still so GOODD

    크로플을 구워놓으면 크로플이 금방 끈적끈적해 집니다. 일본에 습기가 많아서 그런거 같은데..

    빵겉표면을 바삭하게 만들수있는 포인트는 뭔가요 버터를 많이 넣으면 빵식감이 부드러워지던데
