I made this yesterday and it was delicious. I only had garlic powder so I used that. Also, I sliced too much off the bottom and my eggwhites ran through. They were still good! I'll be making these again for sure. Thanks for the recipe!!

I bake my avocadoes with just the garlic/oil mixture and shred parmasean cheese on top...sometimes cook eggs inside or to save on total cooking time, I poach in my poaching steamer while the avocadoe/garlic/cheese mixture bakes for 15 min. Either way...the avocado is so delicious I eat this now about 4 days per week!!

I would eat the bacon on the side. I think it overpowers the flavor of the avocado.
