In 1967 my family and I were in a tornado and lost everything. in 1968 they bought me a brand new ES 330. It was a tobacco Sunburst
Guitar right into the amp. Sweet. Really shows what Lemmo can do. Also you get to hear THE guitar
Tremo-Lemmo
The 1965 es-330td I have is one of my favorite guitars that I own. It such a resonant guitar and plays so easy. The neck is wider than a 335, which makes it more comfortable to play . It sounds killer. The pick guard on these is celluloid, which warped over time . They have appreciated a lot during the last 10 years
THAT is one mighty fine instrument!🎉
Playing stinks though
what makes you say that if I may ask . . . @@ordinarypeople2270
That is the coolest sunburst I’ve seen on a ES-330. Beautiful guitar
Really? To me it s ugly as hell. Hahaha . To each his own. Cheers
Beautiful guitar and that amp is killer!
Tear Drop Burst. Congrats to Rivera, Tone King & Magnatone on their new multi faceted masterpiece amps.
Need a TreLemmo signature amp!
You will have a really great bunch coming in soon for the Crossroads Guitar festival. Be ready. Ready to Rock, Blues and all others. Crank it up. Make sure our street buddy is there to greet them with his fine playing.
What I like about those demos is that they are not squeezed through a daw before we get to hear them. Most of the demos on CZcams are useless- not here.
I bet u Orianthi would love to get a hold of one of those amps and jam it🎸👍💯✌👍
Long neck, I have a 1969. Love it
Love that amplifier ❤
gorgeous guitar
Beautiful sounding amp
I have the #2 serial number Rivera Quiana and it has been a great partner over the years
Paul rocks and Lemmo is awesome
Love 330s and Casinos. Sounds awesome through that amp.
I wish more manufacturers would release that vintage looking sunburst. Gibson did it on one of the semi-hollow body guitars a few years ago and it looked great.
admittedly wasnt sold at first but hooooly moly that bridge pickup overdrive tone was magnificent
I’m a jazz guy. I have a Rivera Jazz Suprema…..GREAT amp. Thanks Paul.
Rivera amps are Great! I have 2 myself and 1 more at a friends.
Heck, I'd buy that guitar.
I smiled when he played some Allman Brothers, ain't but one way out baby!
Edit: And some Cream to boot? Oh yeah, this is epic!
Nice!
Long-neck ES-330
Also it's a "long neck" ! I don't think I saw anyone else commenting on this. In my experience, this makes this version of the 330 very rare and the equal of the 335, playing-wise. I've had 2 of the short neck versions and was never lucky enough to find one like this example. I would like to point out that I've sent e-mails inquiring about merchandise avaiaibilty and have never received a response. Just sayin'...love the videos!
That particular type of sunburst has a name but I can't recall it. Trogly knows it.
Love the Lemmo Demos, love P-90 pickups but I have found that 50's and early 60's P-90 pickups had more balls.
How about featuring that gal (Jen) behind the camera on one of your videos? Been watching your CZcams videos for many years now.. Rarely have seen her face. She seems like such a nice person.
Great sounding amp BTW...
Great sounds! Not the usual reverbdrowned tones.
It's not completely hollow though is it? There's a block underneath the bridge to support the tune-o-matic, and I think it extends to the back to stop the arch sinking. Why were slim bodied guitars similar to this were never offered with a spruce top and a floating bridge?
Lemmo is a mix of Jimmy Page, Greg Koch, Julian Lage, and Harry Houdini.
That's a LONG NECK! Like the 335 it's neck joins the body at 19/20th fret as opposed to the earlier ones that joined at the 17th fret. This should also have the 1 9/16" nut width. Real pretty!
How much are the amps?
Different neck joint too, no?
Most join at the 14th or 15th fret, don't they?
Yes the neckjoint changes at ( I think) 1967 or so. I have a 1965 cherry , which joins at the 16th. Fantastic guitars
👍✌❤😎
Saw Mark today at gibson garage, he was saying that i should call you guys to see if your open because you guys only open 3 days aweek?
The problem with these es 330 is the narrow neck . I sold mine , it hurts my fingers . It was a great guitar except that
Mike just almost made and got a litte stank face going.
1960s Gibson guitars come down to one thing...nut width! The narrow ones are just unplayable to me. I have a '68 goldtop which has a wide nut thankfully. I used to own a '68 335 with the narrow nut...had to sell it.
C.C.R. guitar.
What was the first song lemmo was playing?
Very jazzy……
Wanting to know the name and artist please
Shaking all over
I got the shakes in my knee bone...
Jen isn’t vintage though....much younger than 1968. Jealous Jen.....jealousssss......
Well thanks for ruining that one, Norm.
What an awful paint job / sunburst this one has
