I found the wisdom (which is clearly not in the Quran) - and with it I self-destructed Sunnism.

When you think deeply about the concept of 'hadith rejection', it doesn't make sense. I don't 'reject' hadith. I simply do not follow them because the Quran is the only absolute and infallible truth. It is like if someone I trust told me the Quran says x, I will not follow it until I check the Quran myself. I don't reject what he said nor do I distrust him, but rather I use only the Quran to get my deen because it is the only thing that is infallible.
Exactly, rejection means saying no to an option, not following means not saying yes because it’s not an option.

So follow the physical ritual of salat and Hajj from it but only after weighing everything from Quran. 72:18 and 20:14 orders us only to praise Allah and other verses to seek help through prayers. Can someone help in the Quran recitation. Because a lot of times Sunni ask me about warsh and hafs and if u reject it. Since I believe Allah swt revealed the Quran in 1 recitations while Sunni believe in 7 recitation and one of them is warsh, how should I respond? Which Quran is the truth

However Allah has revealed in the Qur'an that the Messenger will complain on the Day of Judgement "My people abandoned this Qur'an"!!! The complaint is not about abandoning Bukhari, Muslim, Tirmidhi, Usul ul kaafi.. BUT THE COMPLAINT WILL BE ABOUT THE ABANDONMENT OF THE QUR'AN!!!

The hadith makes life very hard. Every single thing has a METHOD. Everything. Small and big. There's a hadith about it.
The term you’re looking for is rituals. The Quran is a book to guide you and hadiths are ritualistic.
In the Quran if you’re unwell or travelling you’re not meant to make yourself suffer during Ramadan. The hadiths paint such a negative picture you have ill people and sports starts doing just that. Instead of simply fasting on another day.
Prays in the Quran are simple and don’t talk about rakats, in hadiths they’re longer and have rakats.

I've been reading some hadiths about the prophet supposedly telling us to pray to Allah when we see an eclipse but in Chapter 41:37 of the Qur'an it specifically states do not prostrate to the sun or to the moon but prostrate to Allah who created them. The hadith only states to pray when you see an eclipse which is to say get in a state of prayer when you see the sun and moon.

The 5 pillars of Islam is made up. The pillars of Islam are in the Quran. 3 of the 5 pillars have alternatives. Like for example, if your poor than there is no blame if u don’t do hajj and same for zakat. And if ur ill or traveling than u don’t have to fast. How can fasting be the main pillar of Islam if things such as traveling or being ill can be avoided, it doesn’t make any sense.

As a revert I have found the hadith problematic as well. I became muslim because I was searching God and reading the Quran made me convinced by the tests it gives, wisdom, the way of speech. It checks all marks of what the book of God should be, clear and detailed.
Then ofcourse I started studying and saw all these sects, while Quran says don't divide yourself into sects. I still went further with it and saw the Sunnis (majority 70/85% of muslims) as righteous because who wouldn't want to follow the Prophet pbuh. But then you see these things that go against the Quranic teachings and try to give an argument like for Aisha's age. If you do your research you will find that she was older than the hadith states but most still believe she was 6 when the prophet pbuh got married to her which we should not ascribe to our Prophet! This means the hadith is false and should not be followed, but it is accepted and argumented by most. It seems as if most muslims take the hadith because their parents, grandparents or people of knowledge told them to follow this and that it is correct so they don't do research or question it.
When we use our own intellect you can clearly see as you have demonstrated that the sayings go against eachother, the Quran and the Prophet pbuh.
As believers we need to be careful about extremism left and right. A true believer is someone who truly follows the command of God and does good only for Him. Someone might not even call himself a Muslim, but if he/she abides by His rules and doesn't associate partners then that person is more Muslim than someone who might call himself so but rather follows culture, tradition and goes into extremism without knowing they are. It doesn't mean that if I do not follow all hadith I am a disbeliever as God knows what is in the hearts and He wouldn't see you as a disbeliever just because you didn't adhere to all hadith stating to do so and so. The Quran is clear that the religion is here to make our lives easier and as a guidance. take the verses and ponder on it as Allah wants us too, instead of calling people disbelievers for having an opinion while they might have more knowledge than you might think.
May Allah guide us all to the straight path, Inshallah.

The biggest hadith rejecter is Bukhari himself. Think about how many Hadiths he collected and how many were chosen as 'Sahih.' Among the 'Sahih' is repetition in stories that contradict each other and the Qur'an. Didn't he reject somewhere around 98% of all Hadiths he collected?

24:31 - The Arabic word 'khimar' used in this verse means 'cover'. Any cover is a 'khimar'. The word 'khamr', which is a derivative of this word, is used in the Quran to mean intoxicants because they cover the mind.

21:7 is a direct reference to the messengers who came with revelation. It does not refer to ahadith corpus or sahaba. Please read the verses leading up to it then it will be clear.
It seems you have a preconceived notion of what someone who takes guidance from Allah's words is. Sadly there will be people who will interpret to their own whims and desires, regardless of sect, though we see this already in ahadith corpus and its upholders, to whom 2:85 can equally be applicable.

@@soaringbird-lf7sh the verses point to other than the quran for understanding. the quran being complete doesn't mean the understanding is correct. you still need a teacher like the prophet had (jibril), the sahaba had (prophet), the tabiun had (sahaba), the tabi tabiun had (tabiun), etc. verses like 9:100; 60:12; 48:10 talk about this concept of "following with righteousness (ihsaan)" by going to the messenger or appointed followers and giving a pledge (baaya) but this is completely missing in almost all muslim groups. everyone claims to "follow" the quran but most deny the pledge to the appointed followers the quran points towards. they are here to teach us the full quran with the full understanding (no these are not saudi shaykhs or muftis). here is another verse from the quran pointing towards a teacher (waliyyan mur'shidaa):

And Al-Imran in verse 164

And many more examples in the Quran that makes a clear contrast between Quran and Hikma, so that means they are not the same thing.
Also I'm not sure if you take the word of the salaf Quran interpreters but if you read their interpretation you can see that many of them said that Hikma means sunnah and others said knowledge in Fiqh and Islamic laws.
