- The plaintiff says the defendant and her mother mishandled some of her belongings. They were ruined, so she is suing for the damaged property and a loan. The defendant and her mother claim the plaintiff is very messy and had sex with the defendant’s abusive ex-boyfriend. The plaintiff also allegedly tried to steal the defendant’s boyfriends on numerous occasions. They’re countersuing for stolen money and emotional distress.

Unnecessarily in my opinion. I think - while she may not have been a perfect friend - she tried to be a good friend. The defendant and her mother just used her because she was young and naive and giving. This was a young, bi-racial girl trying to straddle two worlds. They just wanted entrance to the black side. They never cared about her for real. The plaintiff was just too naive to see it.

I know EXACTLY what the plaintiff meant! When I was pregnant with my, now 9 yr old daughter, my husband and I was in a hotel waiting for our house to get "move-in" ready. To make a really long story shorter, my BIRTH GIVER got my husband arrested. I was so sick, I could BARELY hold my head up. My cousin literally called me EVERYDAY begging me to come over her house so I "could be around family, they'll help take care of me bcuz my morning sickness was horrible, I wouldn't have to worry about paying any money etc etc"... At the time I was getting food stamps and the DAY I finally gave in and went over there, the ONLY thing she had in her refrigerator AND fridge was a ALLLLMOST empty ketchup and mayo bottles!!! THAT'S IT!!!! That's the ONLY reason WHY she wanted me to come over there and that was to feed her FAMILY aaaaaand her MOTHER (my aunt) FAMILY 😏

What is most disturbing to me in this case, besides everybody being petty is that the defendant said her boyfriend tried to kill her multiple times. And stating the plaintiff set someone up for murder.
And she couldn't prove any of it either. She also said she threw the girls bag away with everything in it but the girl proved her apple watch had been turned on so the girl and her mother were liar's lol. I wouldn't be disturbed about anything they had to say with no proof. They put the girls stuff out when she left so they could go through her shit to take what they wanted. The police didn't bring the plaintiff up on charges for the murder for a reason...when ppl don't like you and are jealous of you they will do anything they can to destroy your life, including lying 🤥 on you to get you locked up.
The young lady (plaintiff) needs to watch who she calls friends and continue keeping her reciepts.
