This video is provided as an overview and for historical purposes rather than step-by-step navigation instructions. Trail conditions can change at any time. Contact the Bureau of Land Management or the Forest Service for current conditions. OverlandTrax recommends using a GPS device (Not your smartphone) along with GPS tracks from professional trail guide services. We also suggest taking detailed paper maps just in case your digital navigation fails. As with any adventure, conditions can change dramatically. Please check conditions before attempting a trail and be ready to turn back if conditions are not favorable.

Where you been? Haven't seen your videos in a super long time. Great to see again. Looks nice but maybe too much private land for my tastes. 😋💩

Great Video! Glad I found the channel. So do you think a stock LC is ok for this trail?

Stock LC is totally okay for this trail provided the weather conditions are good

Yes and no. My car is a 2001 Vw golf with Jeep springs/Bilstein shocks for a 6 inch lift with 28 inch all terrain tires. Car only has about 120HP and is front wheel drive. I made it to the communication tower and without bombing it at 15+mph I am confident I couldnt go farther. Depends your ability, and your willingness to "send it"
The road is relatively easy up to the dug out mine section. Then there is an increase in the incline and some decent bumps/ruts. I found it to be easy for the FWD car. After you hit the "treeline" the path gets noticably harder. Tiny rocks is the path and more incline made for traction issues. I was definitely pushing my car pretty hard to find power at that altitude and maintain momentum.

I wouldn't recommend it, especially if weather conditions are not favorable...

Great job! I love your video work and the trail. Are you based in Colorado? I like the map you show, What video editing software are you using? You keep them coming as well!
