I would install between the tank and the first filter.

Could you share the part numbers or maybe a link to the kit you used. Just got an idi truck in a trade and that oem lift pump is leaking badly. Also after some time is it still running well for you?

Still working great, definitely starts up quicker and easier. I did end up upgrading my connections with heat shrink ones once I knew I liked it. I do not have affiliate links or anything I used a seachoice #23001 dura-lift pump found on amazon for $101 and a generic 12v 40 amp relay kit. Find a mid priced one dont just get the cheapest is usually my philosophy. Don't forget the fuel hose and fittings as shown in the video. Good luck and keep building shit.
