This video really helped us out a lot. Was nice to see how you did it. We took a
Lot from this and had a successful brake and rotor job thanks to you. Great video and thanks for posting .

Again I would put in new brake sliding pins and lubrcate them with brake grease. I also would torque the bolts to what ever the torque spec is. I appreciate the bolt trick to get the rotors off. Thanks for the video.

I usually bleed out old fluid before compressing piston.. add fresh fluid as needed..
This way not compressing contaminated fluid back into antilock and reservoir..

er touch rotor surface with hands, leaves oily prints,
    No es bueno..

Thanks for this video. It's a lot easier than I'd thought.
What was the canister that you were spraying?

take a vice grip clamp on and hammer pin out. These pins are too bad to use again. Use new pins.

What size bolt did you pop the second rotor with? Was it metric or imperial? Thanks

What's the torque of the caliper mounting bolts?

  • @Butchsiek

    Flex handle or flex head,
    not a breaker bar.

You didn't show which bolts to take out.

DO NOT do what this guy does!!!! Under no circumstances do want to press against a new brake pad to push the piston in. Use ANYTHING other than a new brake pad!!!
