- The millennium dawn mod for hoi4 is getting a massive overhaul and with it a full air designer. The changes include a ton of modules and air options to choose from which can be a little overwhelming. This video will go over a number of top tier designs for various plane types which you can either use in your playthroughs or which will give you some ideas for making your own. Fights, CAS, Strat bombers, naval bombers, and attack helis are all covered with budget and meta options given. If you have any questions leave them in the comments!

Can you go into the economy next? explain how the employment and productivity works and how to get the best bonuses when it comes to it. And the new changes with power, especialy regarding nuclear power.
Eh, I think employment and productivity are explained quite well in the mod, unlike plane/vehicle/division designs. You want your productivity to go up as fast as you can because it gives you purely positive modifiers, and you get the productivity growth bonuses usually from research and focuses. With employment you just build factories to get your unemployment down, with civs and offices employing a lot more workers than mils and dockyards and thus impacting unemployment more. If you have more factories than workers you can choose in which factories you want to reduce employment in order for the others to be able to get 100% or whatever, and while I haven't yet faced this problem of having more factories than workers I assume that you get specific negative modifiers from each sector which has less than 100% employment.
Overall the plane designer in MD are awesome only the icons, only F-15 or Su-27 or something appears when I'm designing an aircraft. I think it is good to show all equipment icons on designers (aircraft, navy, tanks, apc, ifv, etc) so I can choose which icon fit best to my design, Thanks!

Honestly united states of Europe is quite boring, just wait a long time to get far enough down the focus tree and then you have the most OP country. At least that is how it used to be, I assume it is still the same.

I wonder, how does AWACS work? I haven't seen that it is even possible to deploy it as an airplane wing.
It is possible, they just deploy in wings of 10 rather than 100. They work as recon and provide boost to your other planes, although I'm not sure of the exact modifiers they impact.
Are you showing stats with MIOs and doctrine? I tried the exact same CAS design and i get -22 radar advantage compared to your design, although all other stats are the same (slightly different reliability)
So what air wings composition should we use on an aircraft carrier? We were stuck with multirole aircraft on carriers before this update. I wonder if I should go all air superiority fighters to clear the sky and prioritize ship to ship battles, or the opposite and go max AA on ships and leave the fight to the airplanes.

What would you rather prefer: a lot of IRBMs or a lot of strategic bombers? Would you rather use nuclear missiles or conventional ones?
How useful is ground/province AA? I find it to be quite a cheap option to boost your AA if you're playing at least a medium sized country since, while you do need some civs to build the AA in provinces, the missiles themselves no longer need civs to build but just money in 1.9 update and the money is not an issue after you fix your economy a bit. You can easily build hundreds or even thousands of missiles and deploy them, but I just don't know how effective they are exactly. I would assume that they should be quite effective but I just don't know how it is modeled in the game.
