    You have to work on pronator teres. It can definitely mimic carpal tunnel. Also, using your elbows, even on yourself can be incredibly useful, if you are able to.

    Wish i found this video much sooner. Had bi-lateral carpal tunnel release done a few years back. I think this would have helped me out so much. Still not 100% even after the surgery so I'm hoping this will help out with some of the remainder pain i still have. Thank you very much

    I’m sooo excited to try this tonight. After I had my baby a year ago my left wrist has been bothering me, it’s like my Radialis tendon is Not in place and it hurts and annoy me.

    Make sure the pec minor is released and the medial rotation of the shoulder is approached as well...as this is usually the cause of the proximal compensation..
