Breakfast is the deciding factor for your whole day performance. Many students tend to ignore the significance of their breakfast. They either skip their breakfast or don't take it at right time. And also they don't have an idea that what constitutes a perfect morning meal for them.
In this session I'll guide you regarding the significance of breakfast & also about the perfect breakfast options for any student. This motivational & inspirational session will give a positive boost to your preparation.

Meaning of #Breakfast :- "break your fast" after a long fast while having sleep.
#Short term negative effects of skipping breakfast :-
Less efficiency , less activeness and energy
#Longterm negative effect :- Hypertension

#What to have in breakfast?
Break your breakfast into two meals.
1) minor meal 2) major meal
* have water before morning routine
*Before having slot 1 of study or reading newspaper , have minor breakfast.
What to take in Minor Breakfast?
raisinis
almonds
walnut ( consult ur doctor if u have bp problem)
banana / apple
After this you can take a span of 1-1.5 hours study.
Then its time to have major breakfast.
What to have it in major breakfast.
* Do not prefer fried pranthas. Try to eat stuffed rotis not parathas.
* Curd with stuffed roti.
*whole wheat sanwiches
*Oats
*Dalia
#Quantity : varies according to your activities and stomach. No over eat No under eat.
Mind it :- Do not miss breakfast. take care of your machinery named your health and body. Breakfast is a deciding factor.

Hello Sir, I used to take the minor breakfast as you narrated. Post that used to take lunch directly, thinking it's enough for breakfast.
Before that I use to take warm water with lime and honey in it.
From now onwards after manifesting your advice I shall start taking the major breakfast as well.

i use to take lukewarm water whole 12 month in the morning and then a bowl of oats with raisin+flaxseeds+dalchini (cinnamon)
