it's super fast and good and corner cutting, and somehow i managed to keep maru lube in there for 2 weeks at a time. unfortunately i could never get the tensions perfect no matter how hard i tried. i got my first podium with that cube lol

I hated the GTS1 when it came out, but now I have a teal one with Pride of Hawaii shades on it and I'm starting to really like it.

Pro tip: practice a metric buttload of 7x7 and your 6x6 times will also drop so you get better at both ;)

Zachary White 7x7 also improves your 5x5 speed too. It also helps with lookahead
7x7 takes me 10 minutes to solve :p

I'm with Chris on the GTS M, it's my backup main, taking a very close second to the gan air sm. I love the slow, controllable, forgiving, and soft feel.

Hey Chris, if your WuQue is very sluggish, TAKE THE SPRINGS OUT OF THE CUBE AND CUT ONE ROUND OFF THE SPRING, It makes the cube SO MUCH FASTER. I have a CH WuQue M, and is much faster than my regular one, because they cut one round off the springs of the cube.

Gts1 is my backup to the yuexiao pro, but I think it still is one of the best cubes of all time

To slow down my gts2, I just used weight 3 from speedcubeshop and it's almost sluggish

GTS1 is waaayyyyyyy underrated. Honestly I think a big reason it’s not as used anymore is just that the “version 2” (despite being so different) just makes it seem like it has to be an objectively better improved version and that’s what people buy.

Lol GTS, GTS2 and Valk 3 is what I switch around, tho GTS2 has been used more than my others Vlk3 is the one I use the least.
Don’t like the GAN249 v2? That’s been my main... I hate the small size tbh but there are no other light cubes like it....

You could always try CZcams searching royalty free "epic" music. Epic is a really broad term, but it will probably find you the closest results. Maybe cinematic as well.

It's a 2.5mm on one end and 3.5mm on the other end. It's not one or the other, it is both. Link is in the description :)

Im really excited to get a 50mm OP dayan I picked up on speedsolving. Why arn't you on speedsolving forum? How did you set up your OP dayan? How fast is your dayan with this setup? Thanks a ton. Nice video too. Lastly I cant wait to get my custom shirt from Sarah. Looking forward to it.
Honestly, after they changed speedsolving to the new layout I just stopped liking it as much...then a ton of people left it and I just haven't really gone back because of Facebook groups.
I don't really have a setup method for my Dayan anymore. Since I don't practice, I don't care quite as much about the performance being perfect. These days it is primarily silk and DNM. Tensions are going to by far be the hardest part to setup. I don't really have any advice for that except lots and lots of trial and error.

MJBCuber the "buy, sell, trade" sub section of speedsolving forums has some. Most of them are 46mm but there is occasionally a 50mm. There is a very small chance of getting cheated though. Just dont use F & F with paypal. Speedcube.au may have some, 46mm if you ask for them. Not sure though.
What do you think about the MF3RS2M? I'm having a tough time picking between that and the GTS2M. I just wanted an opinion of a pro cuber to see if it was an amazing cube by your standards :)
I think it is really good! My new one isn't very broken in so I haven't given it as much of a chance. But my stickerless one was amazing. I just had a hard time using it because of the shades. Green and yellow were too similar for me.

I have no Idea how you set up your dayans. I have one and it stinks, because if I try to turn quickly it pops. Still think I would have the same problem on yours, just to a lesser extent. Why dont you use a wuxia or chuwen or weipo though chris?
My Dayan doesn't pop. There's a very small area in the tensions where it won't pop, it's just really hard to get to that point. The Chuwen has been too fast, and the WuXia catches soooo much.

My first 3x3 speed cube was a GTS one, and it's actually my only 3x3. I can't buy new cubes I'm a teenager and my parents control my money. :l
I’m looking for a good 3x3 cause right now my 3x3 is a z cube. I want a better one but I can’t afford an sm. Would a regular gan 356 air still be good? It’s non magnetic but I just want a good speed cube and I’ve tried my friends air and i thought it was great. Should I get it or wait longer to possibly get an sm?
You could always get a non magnetic cube and try to do it yourself! :)
Gan Air S would be a huge step up from a Z cube.
