- Here I showed how I constructed my own human hair loc extensions, this was my first time doing so, but I hope my tips and tutorial can help you. Let me know if you would like to see a styling or maintenance video!

The install was a mess lmao and I actually took these out already because of the maintenance of them constantly slipping out because my hair is short.
Ahhhh haaa thanks for that point of not compacting the top of the loc because you will need room to attach it to your hair. Ok glad I'm only 8 locs in I will adjust. Thanks girlie 😊

Have you done them, again, since? I saw a few comments stating that you removed them. I love the curl pattern, and I install them for a living. I'm curious about the vendor, and do they have a tighter curl, as well?
No I’m not going to put them back in. I’m dealing with postpartum hair loss and shedding so I shaved my head and back to wearing wigs. But this is kinky curly, they also have Afro kinky curly.

Sorry I honestly did not know what I was doing and had to re do them so many times because they kept slipping so I ended up removing them
What the hair I like that particular pattern
They came out I thought we was supposed to back comb first how long did it take
Everybody does it different ways, this was just the technique that worked for me for the look I wanted. It took me 12 hours to make all the locs

how many locs would you be able to get from the three bundles if you used all?
I’m not sure but I did end up using most of the left over loose hair because my hair was cut into a tapered cut prior to installing the locs and those locs where my hair is shorter kept slipping out. So would reinforce the loc with the loose hair. Similar to how I’ve seen nappstar install loc extensions

Did you layer the locs? Was the shortest length on the bottom and the longest on top?
I did it the normal way, longest at the bottom shortest at the top and did some cutting after installing

Could you tell us who the vendor is and how much it cost. There are literally thousands of videos on here with everyone doing the exact same thing, being hush hush on where they got the hair. Can you please be the exception. 🤞🏾
You can email me to purchase the vendor. It’s $100, or you can use any good quality kinky curly hair off the weft. The hair I used isn’t anything special to make loc extensions, any good quality bundles in the texture you want should be good
I use his and hers hair brand of hair. I have a healthy new growth locs, that is temporary, and I'm looking at the way this young lady does an excellent job of explaining how to create these gorgeous locks. my locks are temporary and healthy. And i'm looking to create human locks that I can put on them.
I do have a way to attach it temporarily.
