No player is bigger !
We built new midfield and won ..
You bottled it when 1-0 up and lost vs us ! @truegordie

It's a bit mad how football culture has evolved. Essentially now you're more ridiculed for striving for greatness and falling short rather than not being in it at all. Imagine being in a horrendous situation like Chelsea, as terrible as united or as flaky as spurs and actually trying to call Liverpool bottle jobs.
The term ‘bottle job’ has lost all of its meaning unfortunately
I think on the same page we have cultures of "underdogs". It invites criticism. Just go out, play your best and give credit to the opposition when you fall short. Excuses like "rebuild" when you got a stacked and expensive team invites ridicule
are you thick? united are the most talked about team on this channel. melt
A team loses a game nowadays and they're labeled bottlejobs. You can win 9 and draw 1, but because City go and win 10 in a row you're a bottlejob
It’s almost as if most hardcore football fans are kids or man children
Salah announcing he's staying in between the recording and release of this video shows how much people waffle
Salah watched this show and changed his mind about leaving. The Kick Off is sculpting the football landscape before our very eyes. The True Georgie is probably the biggest figure in football.
PLEASE get a Liverpool fan on this fellas . Will actually be able to offer some insight rather than just speculation
How about anfield agenda coming on during these discussions. Seems a little like no retaliation wanted. Craig would have a lot more to say. Saying klopp can't hack it and had walked in the face of 115 charges FC is wank. He's done a boss job would love to see pep do the same. Get a grip I love TG but these clowns are something else. Pannel needs adressin during these conversations for sure.
@@Sfhandle agree with all the LFC related points but surely we can find someone better than Craig to represent us….😂
They are all bellends 💀
They will just waffle about passion nonsense like all pool fans

Imagine slating Salah and saying he hasnt delivered when Nunez and Gakpo exist
While it is true Mo Salah has produced more over the seaon thaan the other liverpool players his dip in performance is scary. The last 15 league games he only scored four goals and when he is not scoring Liverpool struggles.
He’s in terrible form and that form has lasted a while now, he’s not immune.
Imagine not watching the season liverpool have had and saying salah has delivered when nunez hasnt.... Nunez has been our best attacker if you dont just watch football via twitter clips but yea he is so wasteful yet still highly effective.
Salah wasnt good pre afcon but scoring , post afcon hes been as poor just not scoring. Nunez has 31 g/a and Gakpo who klopp admitted he made mistakes using him as a 8 has 19 g/a
Salah has 37 g/a with 12 pens 9 scored and 3 missed
Nunez in the side drastically increases our threat on goal in most metrics which back up every eye test of this season
If you're implying salah shouldn't be criticised for his disappeance since december because nunez or gapko, you're a bit thick. Salah gets more love than most when he plays well. So the likes of you and salah should be able to take it in the chin when he doesn't play well.
@@FurioussBear Im not saying salah shouldnt be criticised or that he has peformed this season. Im just confused by the title of the vid acting like its only him and klop at fault while these 160mil wastes exist
Really miss the full shows :(
I've never heard so much drivvle in my life.
You are correct. Apart from the drivel misspelling but I'm sure they'll let you off.
Some of these guys I wonder if they watch football.
These LFC tagged videos should be called, "how can we slate Liverpool today" in the thumbnail.
Endo is not good enough as a six but he bossed Arsenal and City at anfield. Had KDB in his back pocket
The amount of vids over this salah/klopp arguement. Nothing when kdb id falling out with pep every other week.
because city has no fans, so you cant farm clicks on that dispute
@@k4yserlmaoo
@@k4yser Yet City still have more followers than Liverpool on every major social media platform aside from twitter
As someone who watches every second of every Liverpool game i want to remind you that before his injury people were saying he’s probably player of the season. Salah’s role completely changed since Nunez came, he basically became a creator which means that he will score less because he is further from goal, that being said he’s still the top scorer of this team. He is also the top assister he also created the most clear cut chances to his team mates in the entire league. I can make a 5-hour compilation of assists he would have had if nunez or diaz or gakpo scored them. Give the man a break ffs
I think this whole uproar is literally because we were top if last august you said we'd be 3-4th all year I'd be happy it's the fact it's been dangled in our face once again and once again we've fluffed it in 2019 city lost 5 times and we drew to everton and united
I also watch every LFC game and the drop off of Salah has been UNDEBATABLE. He has not been dangerous for months, he misses shots after shots and cannot take anyway on as he used to. He's been amazing for us over the years and I love him as a fighter but nothing's permanent and that day had to arrive unfortunately.
Salah is your team I’m behind him all the way in this.. without him klopp has no epl title and no cl title with Liverpool… plain and simple!
Why’s this guy tryna put rice on same level as rodri 😂😂
We bottled the Europa League, but you can’t say we bottled the League when the biggest gap was 2 points
I’m sorry, at the end of the day, Klopp is Salah’s boss and you do what your boss tells you, end of. I treated my boss like salah did with klopp out in public, I’d be history. He has no right to treat his boss like that.
Salah will always put up good numbers but over a season hes always had way more absolute stinker performances than any other world class player
Absolutely spot on. In this team he will always score goals because of how many chances are made but only 12 from open play this year and the amount of games he’s disappeared in this season has been a joke. Least Darwin is involved just can’t hit a barn door, Salah literally goes entire games without even knowing he’s there
@@reecejones3187 it’s also the amount of games he has where his first touch goes out of play and he runs into defenders with basic technique missing
@@joshd171294 yes you’re spot on with that, so often he just runs straight at the defender, didn’t try and do any skill to get around then literally just runs at them 😂 I’ve said for a while he looks like he has no technique at all at times
Salah has also been available for almost every game during his time at Liverpool, this is the first time he's been out for so long, and at his age it's going to take him time to come back. Before his injury this season he was immense though, dictating games and his passing has been exceptional, he'd probably have 20 more assists if Darwins brain wasn't smooth.
@@Elg-24 I’m not disputing he’s had some amazing assists it’s more his overall game and fundamentals. For years he’s had so many poor games where he ruins so many attacks through really poor basic technique. He does some really advanced things but some of the simple things he can be so bad at.
100% bottlejobs - Klopp has never won a title when he has been in the race with any other club.
we should've fought more to keep Mane. Salah should've been the one to be sold
Well could have been worse still, Mane has never been as clinical as Salah.
What gets me is the assumption that it was completely down to Klopp to make it public that he was leaving. If he informs FSG he is going they need to start looking for a replacement ASAP and the gap between seasons isn't long enough to do due diligence. And replacing him isn't as easy as just grabbing the next available guy. So how are they meant to scout for a new coach, new coaching team and backroom staff without anybody knowing? Can't exactly go and sign Edwards and Hughes without tipping off the media that Klopp is leaving.
And before the losses when Liverpool were scraping wins in the dying moments everyone was saying that Klopps announcement was what was dragging them over the line. So the hypocrisy if people changing their tune now is laughable.
Nunez is to blame, you will never win big trophies when your striker is missing sitters every game
If Nunez had scored even a fifth of the big chances he'd missed Liverpool are probably still top
Without Salah Klopp has still won Bundesliga titles and reached the CL final. Without Klopp, Salah has achieved f***-all. Get some perspective, guys.
Well said mate
👏 finally someone fucking says it I love Salah but mfs really acting like before getting coached by Klopp he was one of if not the beat player in the world... pffff gtfoh Klopp made him that
Klopp is an expert in failure
@@nawles1 being beaten by teams with a way more expensive squad isnt really a failure. Klopp always overachieved. But keep telling you that, it makes you look like an envious tit.
People putting Salah over Klopp is absolutely ridiculous. Mbappé is a great example when you put player over club (PSG sucks nonetheless).
KG was spot on, player power is a big problem in the game and needs to be squashed out. Geordies point about treating the older players who’ve achieved a lot definitely makes sense in theory but it’s not true, the message that needs to be true to sustain a healthy culture is “nobody is bigger than the team”.
ps. Brian hates Klopp
Tell you what the Brian and Joey duo, is the duo I never knew I needed. Brilliant combo!
I cannot believe the Salah and Mane conversation still a thing !! 7 seasons and Salah remains in the top three scores of PL, Mind you he is a winger... !!! What are you talking about
Hi Brian I love this new version of the kick off ❤
Salah was warming up from minute 35!
Ferguson announced his retirement AFTER we secured the title (RVP hatrick against Villa).
You can't expect these lads to, you know, do their research. They just make something up as though it's fact and then use that fact the support an equally speculative point they think is valid.
Who would’ve thought amad diallo would rip Liverpools season apart
Lpool fan here. Both are wrong. Salah should lead by example. Klopp went out of ideas since utd game... and been asking salah to perform, but despite the horrendous game against everton he assisted nunez, who's always missing easy goals... if you track all nunez miss this season, you will salah assist... a team is a team when one part is broken, the other is overloaded... one thing lad to another...
All strikers miss though, look at the numbers it’s literally factual that Haaland has missed more ‘big chances’ than Nunez. Haaland just gets more opportunities in the games. I agree Nunez needs to finish more but so does Salah, he’s missed so many sitters this year too plus goes missing whenever we’ve needed him
@reecejones3187 bro don't say that b** please... Salah is not a striker he is a winger, the fact he scored a lot due to firmino didn't give him the obligation now with nunez to keep scoring like before... When nunez came, salah became more of a player maker. Plus, Salah has scored his pens and has scored a few. The thing is, Nunez is missing CLEAR opportunities, and we keep conceding goals, that's the difference to man city and when haaland misses a lot he subs with Alvarez... Now if we analyze the game vs everton or vs united. Salah assisted again but szobo, nunez and Diaz keep missing. Salah is going through poor form, but he is a LFC legend proved, we can give him the time, he performed many times when we needed him. Nunez, szobo, Diaz, Gakpo wins us nothing! We gave 2 years to Nunez and Gakpo and they didn't improve! Diaz is good running and dribbling, but that's all the guy can't finish or assist... and szobo never turned out for us... this season only 4 players turned out for us: arnold, macca, Bradley and jota. We can't crucify Salah like that... but we can buy a fit striker and a prolific left winger
I’m a simple man. The kick off channel drops a vid I’m clicking. Positive vibes from Cali guys :)
Finishing is not up to par but they lost the league due to their defense. They start almost every game losing and concede always. If you watch the games it’s the defense but the highlight packages just show the missed chances…
Salah is the highest paid player at Liverpool and should be expected to set standards. Say what you want about the others but they aren’t paid to be the best like he is
If you’re calling Arsenal bottle jobs last season you can’t use the excuse that no one expected it to defend Liverpool.
Arsenal were like 8 PTS clear and battering everyone 4 goals or so each game then fell off Liverpool was like 2 PTS clear with city a game in hand
@@D.3100 they were 5 points clear, I’m not saying it was as bad as arsenal but they still bottled it
@D.3100 City had a game in hand when we were 8 points clear. Liverpool were 5 points clear this season. Saliba got injured and we're called bottle jobs for not winning a title with Rob Holding in defence lol
The announcement was strategic. He announced when Liverpool was top. He knew it will galvanize them and push them to the title. And if it went bad, it’ll be he ain’t leaving because things went bad, because he announced when everything was going great.
Man I love how you lot get right into it, great conversations great perspectives great debatesn!!! Awesome vid! Definitely can’t wait for transfer szn 😉😂
atalanta at 70mins. Took him off, thats salah and you take him off at 70 when you need two goals
That’s because he was the worst player on the pitch and wasn’t a threat at all. Got completely pocketed by their left back. Nobody is above being subbed
is this chelsea fan mad? he’s played 65% of minutes since he’s come back from afcon because he was injured for just over a month and when he came back he wasn’t sharp so he’d start and come off early or be on the bench and come on. If he was fully fit he would’ve played every minute more or less. Then there’s him being dropped recently which needed to be done i can’t remember the last time he scored outside of a penalty and elliott’s looked sharp off the bench all season. It’s not like klopps benched him for no good reason, he used him every minute possible until about 2 weeks ago where he brought him off early in a couple games cus every time he got the ball his touch was poor or he’d lose it
Salah was by far the best player in the league in the first half of the season.
Even since Jan 1st, when everyone said he's 'dropped off' he has the 2nd highest minutes per goal or assist in the league.
Im sorry, people who still slander him are doing it because he isn't white English, 7 years now and people still questioning him
I criticise him because he’s the highest paid player by a long way and in 2 seasons now he’s come back from afcon and disappeared for the rest of the season. You pay those massive wages because you’re meant to be able to depend on these players. What he did 5 years ago doesn’t matter now same as with city when they dropped Aguero
After the ridiculous amount of injuries and VAR calls they've been subjected to it's mad to say they've bottled it.
Especially when they were projected to finish in Europa league spots after changes in the squad
They have bottled it though, I’m a Liverpool fan but it’s just true. Regardless of all that stuff, if we beat palace we would be top with it in our hands. We took 1 point from the last 9, nothing to do with var
@@reecejones3187 if Var did its job you could have lost those games and still been well ahead so I appreciate you being critical of your own club but "it's nothing to do with var" is just not true.
Plus after the var mistakes you had to keep playing stars who need a rest to stay in the race
@@kempyj98 yes but equally if they did their own jobs they would still be top. Plus you’re not taking in to account all the other clubs who have had var decisions against them, how many points have Arsenal and city dropped because of var for example, we don’t know but even after all of that, 5 games to go and it’s in your hands if you beat palace, and we got battered. Such an easy excuse to blame var but the players have bottled it
What a load of bs he has 25 goals 10 assists yeah he’s off form but against west ham in a must win you play salah instead of Elliot rw then take him off after 60 mins. Salah has been the go to guy 30 goals in every season bar 1 you need to win you start your bankers regardless of form
This channel is in dire need of a Liverpool fan on the panel….
Disagree. Liverpool are in the top 3 worst fan bases in the top 5 leagues.
Strong case for them being the absolute worst
@@SamS-uv2qlArsenal? They have an Arsenal fan United? They have one of those
@@Bobby09LFC yeah but they don't even come close to the low level of the average Liverpool fan
@@SamS-uv2ql yeah right, Liverpool fans are bad at times, but we aren’t even in the bottom 5
What are you knobs on about?! Please get a liverpool fan on if you going to try and stick the boot in. LFC had a whole new midfield this season
The aweful takes on this podcast is ridiculous. "Salah carried this club on his back", "Klopp owes Salah", "Elliott not good enough".
The main reason salah isn't scoring much it's coz his role changed which means he's defending more instead of more top of field action .... He main problem is klopp he's not changing his strategies according to different types of teams
That’s fine but what’s the reason he’s giving the ball away constantly, not passing forwards, not tracking back, not influencing play at all in fact, it’s mad people will hammer Nunez and give Salah a pass. He’s paid so much more and has been so much worse
All these dudes (except the Arsenal fan) clowning Liverpool for bottling (it wasn’t) when their clubs aren’t anywhere near the height that Liverpool reached this season. Sad
Don’t mention the United FA Cup final appearance because we all know they’re not winning it.
Really lively debate from four top lads and sporting enthusiasts. Great entertainment.
A Man Utd fan trying to tell us that Liverpool fans are angry at Mo Salah lol. What a load of BS. Liverpool fans love Mo Salah and always will. He's a club Legend.
People kept saying chaos with nunez and then the rest of us said how many times did you use chaos to describe an actually good striker?
Klopp really doesn't seem like an egotistical person. I think he just knew that in this day and age the players would find out somehow anyway, so he did it on his own terms.
Always been a fan of the show, still enjoy it - but hard to listen to any Liverpool talk, need a Liverpool fan on for these sections (which do numbers) for fairness and actual insight, quite often comments made on Liverpool are inaccurate on here (no slight on anyone but you’re going off memory as a non-fan)
Mane wanted to leave Liverpool before his contract even came up Klopp didn’t pick Mo over anyone. Can Brian get a Liverpool fan on full time for the most part when a Liverpool topic comes up you lads are talking nonsense
No supporter is angry or upset with Mo. Think you guys need to understand football a little more.
Totally agree with the point re player power and entitlement
absolutely not on klopp, it’s on the players, but whether it’s down to the players ability or mindset i’m not sure. All season we’ve been winning games by one goal or scoring late winners against teams arsenal and city have beat comfortably and i do think we’ve over performed until this last month where our lucks run out in terms of getting late goals and individuals purple patches have come down to a more realistic level
Micheal Edwards coming back will get us on track
The man utd fan is the best thing that has happened to this podcast
He actually challenges points with a brain
If Klopp managed Salah better it wouldn't have led to this. Salah deserves some respect for the treatment he has gotten lately. Personally, I have been shocked by Klopp's substitutions this season.
I'm convinced that Fergie tried to force out Rooney, for no reason other than to give Moyes an out. The team wasn't good enough, but won the league. That's an impossible scenario, other than to rip up the team and still win the league. I wonder if Klopp has a similar sentiment. Perhaps a manager without Salah will get more time than one who just inherits this squad
Every player will dip after a certain age; only at which age varies. Salah has dipped from his peak, for sure, and has lost pace and had his longest injury of his career in last few months. He still put up good numbers. BUT, he cannot be a RW going forward, especially in a 433 and when the other 2 forwards also don't have the consistent output. He still creates quite a bit. If Slot can move him central or be more tactical with the set up, he can still thrive. One of the things Klopp is stubborn with is tactics and 433 and the heavy press and defensive responsibility of forwards as well.
If he just told the owners and kept it quiet would the players have sensed something was off? Could have worked against them just the way it has.
Compare the way they are talking about Salah to how they talked about Ronaldo in the same situation. Embarassing.
Could it just be that after a rebuild, this was the best Liverpool were ever going to do?
The end of the video with hugee and thruth declaration.
Pep is the GOAT.
Mo Salah has no goals in open play from 12 finals. He isnt what people think he is. Hes top class, not world class.
Klopp strategi this season has no drive to be on top of the table.
Just a few weeks ago they called Endo the signing of the season...
Real Madrid be like " player power?? What is that??"
Its actually mad how people are pinpointing certain things for Liverpool's decline.
People saying it was Klopp's announcement, Liverpool gained so many points from losing positions post announcement, to the point half a team of kids were getting results.
People saying the loss to United derailed their season. Liverpool hadn't been playing well for weeks, months even, before that United result. A mixture of teams not taking chances, big saves from Alisson/Kelleher, and Liverpool coming from behind papered over the cracks. United were just the first team to get a result from it. It was bound to happen eventually, the performances haven't gotten any worse since then, they just haven't had the same luck, and are getting the results the performances warrant.
This whole bottlejobs talk is nonsense. The time Liverpool handed over control was away at Old Trafford. Regardless of how bad United have been, when the big boys visit Old Trafford its a different ball game. You can't "bottle" a title with 8 games to go being 1 result clear with hard games remaining.
Liverpool are the third best team in the league this season. Even when they were top, they were still the third best team. The latest results are far from expected, and morale is clearly low after some bad performances, but people are reading too much into it.
Liverpool have been overachieving lately, thankfully they will go back to where they belong going forward
Think of it this way, Liverpool as a team would have scored a lot more of Salah was performing. The attacks he slows down, the times he loses the ball, the bad passes, etc yes Darwin also to blame for missing but he’s paid 1/3 so can’t be held to same standard
It was always a risky move from Klopp to publicly announce he was leaving. If things went well it would have given the players the impetus to succeed for him, but if things started to go badly then they would be left feeling deflated and lost.
Wasn’t a call he had a choice in. The press were going to leak it so he had to, unfortunately
Salah form has been terrible, as has Nunez and Gakpo , however Nunez and Gakpo didn’t have a tantrum , Salah unfortunately is to blame .
Take your victory lap, lads. Nevermind the injuries we've had, chat about the lost points via the PGMOL....
Please have a Liverpool fan on the panel with these discussions it’s painful how much stuff these guys don’t know.
The entire team is to blame. That's how teams work
Don’t support any of the 3 teams, can’t be a bottle job when no team has been ahead and 3 teams going for 90 points
It was pretty obvious.
Mane Firmino leaving would mean the team would lose two superstars, replacing them will take half a decade and now Salah might leave.
Now they have employed an unknown manager who can hopefully replicate what klopp did but man resembles Ten hag in looks and previous league managed.
Missing out on Lavia and Caiced now looks like a thing that will happen again coz where's the stability now?
Not often I say this but 3:00 Brian is spot on
Klopp should have gone before the season started, he knew he was drained. It's just messed up that he decided to leave at the end of the season in November, two months into the new season
12:47 he’s waffling that’s not when the collapse happened
Smh
Liverpool always have such nice and friendly tags given to them, how can a team with all their best players from the past era, Trent, Salah, Van D, Allison and multiple 60+ mil signings be depicted as this overperforming transition side. Its got more world class players than Arsenal with way more winners in it but they get the easy route and are never labelled bottlers as quickly even though they're most definitely bottling their position in this race and europa league.
Where was this energy when Ronaldo was being disrespected by Ten Haag?
Klopp triggered Mo's 'afters'
KLOPP HAS BOTTLED. LIVERPOOL WONT WIN ANOTHER GAME ALL SEASON
Manager player bust ups happen all the time
If i was a player at LFC knowing the manager is going...im gonna listen to offers from other clubs. I aint hanging around and gambling my career on a new manager. Im out. And guess what... im not gon a risk injury either.
If i was looking for players, id be tapping up some of the liverpool players...
To the United fan : Your team is sitting in 6th with the real possibility of going down lower. Bottle jobs every season.
Where was the public eye argument when it came to Jadon Sancho?
if our other forwards could finish Salah would have about 20 more assists 😂
Who's*
I would love to see Mo Salah playing for New Castle.
Manager always right Manager is in change not the player's
They should've kept Mane and sold Salah.
While his numbers have been good, he hasn't been the same player since losing that afcon final.
It's my belief they knew how old the girl Mane was marrying and didn't want the heat, a bit like we're (united) dealing with with Greenwood.
One of Fergies most overlooked talents is knowing when to let top players go.
Ince Hughes Kanchelskis Stam Beckham Keane Ruud Van Nistelrooy Schmeichel Cole Yorke Gillespie (great talent but he wasn't budging becks or giggsy and we got Cole in the process)
A good manager can build a great team.
A great manager can rebuild again and again.
Klopp will always be known as a top Premier league manager.
But he needs to do it all over again if he wants to mentioned in the same breath as Sir Alex, Pep, Jose, Ancelotti.
Mane was average at best in his last year, and Salah was having player of the season talks before his injury, you know nothing
Pretty sure when klopp announced he was leaving they won something like the next 8 or 9 games soooooo 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️
We're at a point now where we take players sides over the managers, it's a joke. If the manager has decided to use you a sub rather than a starter because of YOUR form, then you keep your head up and try and prove them wrong to get back into the first team. That doesn't change just because your performances were good in the past. Salah should use him being dropped as motivation to be better not to argue and have a strop on the touchline. From a Liverpool fan.
I’m listening to those guys lol😂 no one never played football before on big stage 😊
And terry made the wrong decision Brian lol
Why does he not do livestreams anymore
No LFC fan in the conversation.
Naaaahhhh not "He's like J.Cole"😭😭😭
Salah got 19 goals in klopps prem winning season. He was the 3rd imoportant olayer imo.allison vvd stepped up more
19 goals and 10 assists don't forget
To the fake Tottenham, actual Man City fan, has it occurred to you that he announced it when he did, because it was likely about to leak?
