    I started it on may 2018 and continued it for 4 months approx and everyone started saying ' have u joined gym or what you r so slim now'..And all those comments nay mujhey actually ' chay k jhaad may chada diy' and I stopped doing wrk out and after 3 months I m again lyk that as I used to b..So dear Anwesha now I m back to u again and now will continue it for my whole life..Thx for such videos.. Love you 😄

    Hi anwesha.. i love ur workout routines. Infact by seeing your weight loss journey pic I m so inspired. I can almost relate to u. I also had severe acne problem like u. Although mine was hormonal not bcoz of food. After pregnancy i gained 10kg. I have started your workout routines. Daily. Problem is my baby is 5m old & i m breastfeeding her. Can u pls make a diet plan to help my weight loss journey but also doesnt impact breastfeeding. It will b great help. Thanks.
