Did you ever find out why the old camera had a problem? Ever wonder why it takes so long for the camera to come on once you put the truck in reverse? Should be instant on but it's not.

had you checked your zoom feature to see if it worked? i replaced my camera with oem, zoom and “visual park aide” are now inoperable.

How did you know it was the camera and not a connection issue? Mine goes out intermittently and gives me the same error message.

Becareful when buying replacement parts. Mine came with the housing only, not the camera.
