My 2002 F 150 has the secret feature of almost no useless tech. I would like the backup camera, but for the most part, I am good.
To roll up the windows with the remote double tap the lock button holding for 3 seconds on the second press.
Sport mode on some models disable the automatic stop/start feature .

Sport mode on my 2020 F150 2.7l allows me to take corners sharper along with more off the line power. It changes the way the truck handles, quicker response. About the camera, I had mine replaced in 2020 when it failed. I think that was before the recall came out.
Here's something you might not know about fords. If you have a 6.2L 2017+, your truck will need an intake manifold which ford is no longer making or selling. Dont believe me? Call a dealer, any dealer and ask them for the part. If they say they dont have it, ask them if there is a "stop sale" on it. When they say yes, ask them to explain what that means to your 60 grand worth of truck.
Means you get to put a nice ass aftermarket system in it, delete the dpf and egr and run it wide ass open like god intended
Ford dosent make 85% of there parts. I work for advance and I’ve seen folks come in asking for motocraft branded parts because that’s “fords brand” but a parts manager at ford told me that advance and autozone both source there parts from the same company ford does. It’s the same parts.

When the gear numbers are displayed, you can also eliminate as many as you want by pressing the down arrow I.e. for towing limit it to 4th gear

Goes through every gear instead of skipping a gear. Example 12345 instead of 135.

No, it turns off each gear. Starting at the top.(6th) For instance, I have oversized tires on my truck, so I often turn off sixth gear which is the second overdrive gear. You can do it all the way down to having only first gear.
Window trick that’s a big no. The theme only works once. The sport mode and the gear mode both work. Thank you for the video.
There are 2 different sport modes. One in drive modes, if available on your vehicle, which adjusts throttle input and shifting. The 2nd is the one you showed for the advancetrac system. It raises the threshold for traction control and stability control engagement.
Sport mode increases throttle response and makes vehicles with electronic steering a bit sportier.

My buddy just got a 2011 lariat Limited with a 6.2 and if you hold down the trash control button for like 10 seconds, it completely deactivates all trash control and leveling assist
It also does that if you put it in 4 low you noob
In Canada, we have a feature on our Fords that isn’t offered in America at all, and won’t ever be seen there unless they come up here specifically for it - but it’s the ‘Cold Weather Package’.
In most American states they’ll want their cars cooled down a bit before getting in, and we want that in the summer, but it doesn’t make sense to pay for a feature you’re only using half the year, so for the other half, it’s basically the opposite…
You can preset it either in your car or on the app for your phone, and can have it so that you can either preset a starting time for it (which is obviously in the American versions) or just do a regular remote start, and have all the heaters, seat warmers and steering wheel warmers activated at the level of your choosing, while also being able to turn on the window warmers in case there’s a ton of snow or ice, and depending on how long you have to leave it for, sometimes it may turn off and you have to turn it back on again, but if I’m correct, I believe you can adjust or turn off this setting entirely… although leaving a car in remote start for too long without turning on the actual engine can be bad for the car in the long run, it’s not recommended to do all the time, BUT in those circumstances when you’re at work or just out for dinner or something, and it’s freezing cold outside - if you have leather seats in Canada - you KNOW how detrimental those things are to human skin on the coldest AND hottest days of the year, so having a way to circumvent this problem may actually speed up Canadian evolution, since we’re no longer oppressed by freezing/scorching leather seats and wheels, or having to drive in circles for ten minutes just to get your engine to heat up enough to drive comfortably haha 😄

The ford raptor thing doesn't save after u turn it off which kinda sucks
You have to double or triple click the lock button and hold on last click to put windows up.

I think it’s 3 clicks and hold on third. There are a couple different places you have to go into to turn on.
One click then click/hold

I have 2018 f150 i bought it used. Been a good truck. I had a flat a couple months ago. There was no jack. My guess the previous owner has it.
some people are just stupid and leave the flat tire on the shoulder of the rd along with the “ one time use jack”.
if they even know how to change a flat tire. so many out there do not understand such things.

So the window trick doesn’t work on my 17 F150, the theme only works once. The sport mode works and the gear mode works. Oh well, not going to lose sleep over it.

Every F150 has the plug for the center Speaker under the dashboard tray. Just buy the center speaker tray and swap them out.

Also if you hold your traction control for about 5 seconds it’ll turn off I think it’s called stability control or something but be careful it will get squirrley I know from experience💀
That is not the same as sport mode as on the ecoboost engines
I have owned Ford Dodge and chevy and the unlock window roll down has been on on of them going as far back as 2004 what trucks / cars don't have this feature?
My 04 6.0 didn't have it.

Yes they can. Tap lock. Then tap and hold till they roll up. It’s the same as down but with the lock button. I use it quite often.
It worked on my 2014 Super Duty. But not my 2016 and 2020 F150
