IRM Steam Into Fall 10/8/23

My 13th time going to the Illinois Railway Museum this year, this time for the Steam Into Fall event on Sunday October 8th, 2023. It was the final day of steam locomotive operations at IRM as I got to see steam engines 5 and 1630 once more before their operating season comes to an end until May 2024. Frisco 1630 made 4 trips pulling a passenger train, and I also saw it do a run by with a freight train, and J Neils Lumber Company Shay 5 pulled a mixed train. The museum also operated a CTA elevated train with the 4000 series cars, and a CTA streetcar 3142 as well.
