This seriously was very helpful for the years of eye drainage. I massaged around the nose, eyes and in between the eyebrows. Several days later, I had yellowish/orangish mucus slid down the back of my throat. Coming from the area I was having eye leakage, especially. I had spit it out. Months later has past. What a relief! No needing to go to a doctor for that one. Thanks for posting this video.

I rarely ever comment on youtube videos, but I wanted to say that you've gained a new follower. I've been desperately searching for solutions in addition to my routine creams that would help under my eyes. I go for occasional facials, and many of the online searches lead to cosmetic procedures that are far beyond what I want to do at 23. I just tried this within the last hour and my eyes actually FEEL relieved in addition to looking a bit better. Thank you!

Thank you so much for sharing, your video changed my life. Every morning it would take me 20 minutes to open my eyes....my eye lids would STICK to my eye balls. I used restasis with little or no relief. Your video and one other video made my eyes moist, I no longer need ANY eye drops and my eyes no longer stick. God bless you.

Ok. Seriously, didn't actually expect this to work but after doing this with my seriously painful, irritated eyes that felt like something was stuck around them, they feel much better and I feel a lot more awake. I'm a great believer of recycling and use tea bags instead of cucumber. Used tea bags (the round ones if you can find them) work the best as the tannins have been released after brewing. Also, you will notice a difference at the end of the day when all that stuff has drained out of your face.

Glad I spotted this video. At 60 (just turned 60) I find myself searching for techniques I've never tried for problem areas I have. This technique is great. I'm using a drugstore brand of aloe vera gel that I use with my microcurrent tool. I can add or apply serums with anti-age ingredients for different areas. The gel makes for a slick surface but dries quickly so I reapply using a Qtip. I could feel the points you so effectively demonstrated and described. I could feel the benefit as I performed the techniques. This will now be part of my daily face treatment. Thanks for the great info!

Just a thought on the "frowning" that she talks about: It's not always from "frowning AT people." It's often from squinting either in bright sunlight or even squinting from dry eyes either from aging or wearing contact lenses or both. And, might I add, just losing eyesight itself as one struggles to see. Just sayin'

I had dark circles under my eyes really bad for about a year. I will try and share later the results. How often should I do this a week? This was great to see. Thank you for sharing it!

I wonder if there are differences between moving the lymph (light touch) and simply using pressure at the pressure points between the eye and the nose (close to the eye but not on sensitive skin), which felt quite good, and seemed to give some kind of release (and clarity). Just a thought in 2017.

a followup in 2021- and after many years of massage training and gua sha- pressure points and "moving the lymph" do a lot of the same things, but "moving" the lymph helps to guide it to the nodes so your body can flush it out.
