Thank you for this most informative review! This helped me to understand the specs information and how that information helps me make a better purchasing choice. I believe this power station is what I want for my van's refrigerator, an Alpine C20. The information on a solar panel choice was also most helpful to me. I have two smaller Jackery units that power or charge my LED lights, a 110v ceiling-mounted fan, two personal USB fans, my Samsung phone/tablet/watch. I wanted a dedicated power station to power the fridge. I do not use campgrounds with sure power. I'm a boonies type camper. I live and travel in my van several months a year when I'm not housesitting.

Very thorough explanation. The only drawback is, maintaining the battery at 30% and 100% charge for a few weeks or a month otherwise you'll ruined the battery. I travel and can be away from two to five months and in that time my battery will be useless. However, I still do like the product. I will highly recommend it to family and friends. I dont know if it's a limited time promotion, but these 600LFP's are significantly cheaper now. Just received mine today, and repeated the Keurig test but for 14oz. It passed! I was pleasantly surprised, and considering it failed the heater test at 1422W, I think it was specifically designed with coffee drinkers in mind. This is good.
    A 14oz brew used 9% capacity.

@@michellestratford9753 Do your research of course, but yes, I think this unit is darn near the ideal price/performance/features ratio. Build construction feels solid, the one area it might be lacking is warranty duration. This is my FIRST purchase like this though, so I can't do direct comparisons like Reviewers can.
I purchased the matching 200W solar panel too, and same story. Heavier and more solidly built than I expected, seems darn good for the price. It has a Tweed-like fabric though, that while it LOOKS pleasing, I'm not sure how durable it will be in the long run. I believe for my own peace of mind I'll spray it with Scotch Gaurd to extend durability and stain resistance.

Overall very pleased with my unit.
    Some observations re solar charging:
After thorough testing, I can't figure out why solar input to the Pecron E600LFP is relatively low with panels in series (all other configurations, i.e. single panel or in parallel behave as expected).
This is our test results (done with 340 W qcells rigid panels - Voc of 40.91 V and VMPP of 34.10 V):
    300 W solar input from a single qcells 340 W panel
270 W solar input from two(!!) qcells 340 W panels connected in series
So even lower input from two panels connected in series, than from a single panel!!??
390 W solar input from two qcells 340 W panels connected in parallel
393 W solar input from three qcells 340 W panels connected in parallel
Anyone got an idea, why the Pecron E600LFP has such a relatively low solar input from panels connected in series?

I've got one of these. My plan was to keep it next to my home server and network core and plug the UPS into it when the power goes out, keep everything running for another hour or two. One major drawback, once you put any significant load on it (like 250-350 watts in the case of my server and network gear), the Pecron's output voltage drops down to around 100 volts, and my UPS's automatic voltage regulation freaks out and starts flapping back and forth between AVR on and off. 100 to 120 volts is an annoyingly big range for the voltage to fluctuate based on load, and it borderline makes the E600LFP unusable for me for the purpose I bought it for. On the other hand, the E600LFP was very cheap compared to the competition (got it on sale), and if I ever get another power station for my server/network, the E600LFP would work perfectly well elsewhere, like keeping my home office going, where the load would be much lower.

Thanks for sharing. Some constructive feedback:
    1) A lot of mixed bag inverter loads with excruciatingly slow "reading the changing numbers" just to conclude that yes, it can do up to its rated 1200W but its surge rating is unknown and is limited.
    2) No DC capacity test. I view this as most important for any battery. Rated at 614Wh but what is the real capacity? This is easily tested with a constant DC power load. Show if the 12V and USB ports make their advertised ratings too.
    3) No AC inverter capacity and efficiency test. Again, a constant AC power load will do. You may be surprised how fall below the rated capacity you may get.
Capacity testing is important because you're (mostly) paying for the battery and some vendors "cheat" a little on that. This product for example, the vendor admits (see links) that run time is 614Wh * 0.85 (Depth of Discharge). So that means the 0-100% capacity on the display is really only 522Wh and then the actual usable capacity is further reduced by DC-DC or DC-AC converter efficiency. DC-AC efficiency varies a lot between vendors due to tech differences (DC-DC is usually > 90%). Testing on a fridge is not so useful because as you showed, the load demand varies.

Another excellent review. Regarding using it for home emergency, since it would be used on a standby basis, do you leave the power station plugged into the house AC continuously charging 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week until you need the emergency power, which could be months in the future?

Keep in mind this is a small power station with a small battery it's nothing that's going to power your home. This would be helpful if your power went out you could plug your refrigerator in as you could see in our refrigerator test. This is also helpful to charge your devices and maybe plug a fan in. If you're looking for Home backup you might want to get a smart home panel with some batteries but that can get very expensive or you might want to look for a larger power station that is expandable so you can add additional batteries down the road.
Take a look at our battery power station playlist and you'll see a bunch of reviews that we've been doing over the years.

How did the renogy 100w panel ( 24volts) work if the voc range for the e600 is 32 - 95 volts? I thought this meant the minimal voltage would be 32volts input.

I had the same question. They said my 120W 18 V panel was too high for their 100W max DC5521 port. They said i needed over 32V for the other port to work. Seeing you use 24V on it makes me think mine could work also. If not, I can buy the same panel and connect them in series, right? Great review, that's why I bought it.

Hi Alvin here are the specs for solar
You can use the DC barrel port for 18v
      DC Barrel port
      12V~18V / 100W Max /7A Max
      GX16MF Port

Thanks. Just got an updated reply from Pecron.
      "Thank you for your reply.
Sorry for the mistake.I asked our technical department, they said a 120W solar panel can be used in the DC5521 port, two solar panels in series can be used in the GX16MF-5 port, but need an adapter cable."
So I guess it's okay to run my 120W on the 100W max DC5521 port, which is great for me.
Their support is phenomenal for an Easter holiday. They reply back within half an hour!

You know I watched a few of these videos now and seriously none of you CZcamsrs ever educate your viewers on buying products that can stay below the inverter range. Like if this thing I'll put 1200 continuous you guys should advise your viewers to purchase coffee makers electric kettles microwaves that all stay under 1,200 Watts. That will solve a lot of people's problems. I chose this thing because it's extremely compact outputs 1200 watts that can easily power small microwaves coffee makers, and small electric kettles. This thing can pretty much hit as hard as a thousand ah power station at half the cost
