Elden Ring - Easiest way to beat Night's Cavalry and get Bloodhound's Step!

To get Bloodhound's Step, travel to Lenne's Rise in Caelid at night. Just north of there is a bridge with this Night's Cavalry. Use this simple trick to easily defeat him and get it.
