- Ukrainian rock band Antytila have performed in front of thousands of fans over the years, but their frontmen have now swapped the stage for the front line of war.
With their homeland under attack from Russian troops, members of the band switched guitars for first aid kits, joining up with army medics in Kharkiv.
In a far cry from their old life, the group are now dodging artillery and treating wounded soldiers.
The BBC joined them as they headed to the front line.

Reminds me of an ambulance driving soldier I once knew in the United States.
Crazy job of being in the thick of it yet saving the lives instead of ending them( he unfortunately had to do that( ending a few lives too) to do the job( and stay alive)). At the same time he also had to be fairly skilled auto technician. So because of his job( the one job) he covered about 80% of all the jobs most people can think of doing. Aside from farming, or sculpting,or, computer coding. He was an interesting guy. Good luck.

I pray, hope, and wish the Ukrainians and volunteer brethren the victory in protecting your country and regaining your freedoms. All the weapons that have been destroying your army are just gifts from Uncle Sam. There are still at least $40 billion in weapons on their way. The total value of the aid the US has provided Ukraine since January 2021 is $13 billion. Basically a quarter of what is still coming in Lend/Lease aid. Not to mention the ongoing aid that the US will continue to provide. Here is how shit the Russian military is, they managed to have their flagship of their fleet sunk in a war against a country without a Navy. They have failed to achieve air superiority in over 6 months of fighting. Iraq had a larger airforce than Ukraine does, and the West achieved air dominance in a month. They had air superiority within the first two weeks. Russia fell into a trap when they chose to reinforce Kherson. Ukraine has now destroyed all the bridges into the area and those troops are now trapped and cut off from resupply.
