Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    Love you both ! Great workouts! When I started with HASfit a year ago, I could barely do 5 minutes. A few weeks later, I made it all the way through. My favorite sessions are the hit with time and calories burned shown. It motivates me to see that. I am 68 and hope to get in great shape. God bless you both ❤️

    I enjoy your workouts, tho' I have been using another site for my workouts for a while. Yours is more challenging. I appreciate that you don't use loud music, making it easier to focus and enjoy. All the best. --However, I don't feel like a "tribe member"--just a older person working out to stay fit as long as I can. I appreciate your enthusiasm.
