I have used your videos four 4 consecutive years which made a great change in my life when people were teasing me for my high weight but now i just wanted to thank you because every one of those people has asked me "How did you shape your body much well like that?" and my answer is Hasfit accompanying with two lovely guys coach Kozak and Claudia. I thank you for my entire life. 🥰❤️🎉
I use your workouts every week and have done so for a year. Mostly the 30 minute cardio variants. I just want to thank you with a comment at least. You guys are both very thorough and scientific, which I prefer when it comes to health, and you both have great attitudes and uplifting personas perfect for this line of work. I've managed to shred a lot of weight, build muscle and gain flexibility thanks to these workouts. It's a lifestyle change.
I have repeatedly watched many videos again and again, every week, so I guess I've grown accustomed to you both and can't really use any other workout videos. These are just perfect for me to do after my weight lifting exercises. I'm only a year into a more fit lifestyle, but I'm hoping to stay consistent for many to come, like you guys say. Again, can't thank you enough.

In addition to this I would also recommend you check out John Rose for the best internal health method. He promotes veganism and what he calls a "juice fast" so you can throw that in there you'll gain more endurance by going vegan and be able to handle a lot more!

Lifetime of working out catching up on body. 2 wks ago, while working out, one of my smaller shoulder muscles “got mad at me”, as u stated in the video. Been rehabbing it on my own.This workout is the 1st lift I’ve done since injury. AWESOME workout! Specifically targeted shoulder area in question. Used lighter weights today. Increased range of motion. Perfect! Highly recommend if returning from shoulder injury! Tks HASFIT!
