For that third question, I would flirt shamelessly when I was single lol. It doesn't take a lot. If you are interested in someone, then smile at him, tell him he smells good, tell him he has a nice smile, tell him you think he is so handsome, ask him questions about himself and what his interests are. And then that's it. If he is interested, he will bite back. You only look thirsty if you flirt like you're thirsty. All you're trying to do is let him know you're interested and being friendly. I don't believe in women pursuing men, but there is nothing wrong with letting him know that he has a chance if he wanted to holla.

🙋🏽♀️Hello!?!? Compliments people... you can compliment someone. If you like their laugh/smile/style, say so. It opens the door. Bc depending on the church there may not be opportunities to serve together or hang out often. After you compliment if you're still in the same vicinity catching eyes (without breaking your neck) and smiling a *couple* of times is a good invitation without "putting yourself out there/ being thirsty".

For the listeners question, I’d have to say that a plan is still important, not necessarily 5 years, but 3 months is a good start (ie work ‘x’ job while exploring xyz, there are levels). And goals remain, but the gameplan can change after data has been gathered to assess how to move forward. That’s my take.
Yvette! Fellow frugalista here. When something goes on sale after I buy it, I get my refund of the difference if its worth it. Some stores will just make the adjustment at customer service using your receipt. If its not one of those stores, I will go to the store with my old receipt in my purse, then purchase the item again at the discounted price, walk straight to customer service and return it using the old receipt.
Uzi is such an observant little baby! He was just taking it all in right before you did the words of affirmation segment.
I love they fact that you said we need to find our "why" of doing things and finding solution to a problem that we wanna solve, it brings a wholee new perspective to do things, and this advice is going to help me to stop wasting my time of tryings things just to hope that they are going to work out. When you flirt with someone, you basically show the person that you are interested in him/her by putting yourself in the way for conversation and extending your service even when the person doesn't need it...like Glen said, make the person comfortable. An example of that would be like when you are at a gathering with food; offer to serve his food or drink...he would see that you are going out of your way to make him comfortable, and if he likes you, he will extend his service to you as well.

Btw, for dating advice I would just suggest being natural. Ask normal questions, go out for drinks etc in groups, suggest volunteering together ....... just relax

This was so good! I just came here from the Love Hour and I feel so informed about myself as a creative. I am going to work on clarifying my 'why' this week.
There are ways to send men/women signals to let them know you are interested. First, Vibes and energy always let us know. But, To be sure, find opportunities to make eye contact, be sure to smile when you do connect. Find reasons to move into their space, glance for a little longer than usual (do not stare), spark meaningful conversation and always keep your body language open.
It is definitely okay for women to initiate men. It crosses the line as thirsty when one continues to pursue and the other person isn’t interested. Pay attention to the feedback from the subtle ques mentioned above. I have been in relationships that I pursued and some I did not. Hell I pursued my husband.... I did😂! We have been married now for 17 years. So I am of the mindset that everyone should shoot their shot! But ladies please don’t be thirsty. Definitely a good look.

So the third question I completely agree with Yvette. I think flirting is giving off a certain vibe. I also think flirting is not as hard as people make it out to be. A simple hi, a smile and a couple of sweet glances is all it really takes to let someone know that you are open and interested. Love seeing the baby with you guys. Continued blessings to your family.

To the person who sent in one of the questions, It should not matter who makes the first move. If you like someone then just let them know you like them and want to be more than friends. If they reciprocate fine and if they don't then you just move on. The days of men making the first move is so old fashioned. You might be spend your whole life waiting and praying for "Mr. Right" to come and ask you out. If you see your "type" go for it instead of settling with someone who is not your type, just because he pursued you. Nothing wrong with flirting either to get his attention. But be clear of your intentions so he is not left guessing, as the dating game should not be a guessing game. Unfortunately It seems like dating for some people is so angst ridden instead of something fun like it should be.
