I am from India and here we have a guy named ANKIT BAIYANPURIYA. He completed this challenge and also gained fame which also made him do a collabe with our prime minister. He was also crowned national motivator.

The difference is Ankit was already jacked but this ytber did it without any work outs till now

Bro you guys need to eat whole foods and get ALL your macros not just protein. AND sleep timely, play sports and definitely master pull ups/push ups. You focus on growing tall and having healthy joints. You can get serious into weight lifitng after you're 16/17. ATB

Hey, I just downloaded the app to start training for the new year. I just have a problem, the app opens but I get a black screen all the time, I have already reinstalled the app but nothing works. Such a bummer I was really looking forward to start training with the help of the app.

In the 75 hard it’s recommended you take about 3 hours rest between workouts, basically to inconvenience you and stop you doing 1.5hrs in one go

I’m seeing a lot of body transformations on CZcams and decided to do one I was doing a bit of lifting every day for 2 months haven’t seen much results but tomorrow I stop eating dessert and any drink except milk and water also cutting my meal and snack proportion wish me luck

I did the 75 hard. Made a big difference. I’m doing it again for fun lol. Oh and the water is the hardest for me also. I drink water anyways but a gallon is more than I usually do anyways. I pee constantly with that much water

I am ten I workout two hours a day six times a week
your ten don't over do it. Im sorry to say but at that age you cannot really build much muscle since your myostatin levels are through the roof. When i was about 10 I used to do gymnastics 4 hours a day 5 days a week and it was just not sustainable especially at that age. No need to overtrain at such a young age.

Yeah bro it is. How many sets do you do? My arm day is approx. 12 hard sets in total. And about half of these I do to failure or almost. If I do more than that, it goes to junk volume and I can't even do more lol.
@@railasvuo i do chest and biceps on mandatory and triceps and legs on wendsday, I do like 12-15 sets on just biceps without chest and 9-12 sets on triceps without legs. I see that I work a lot harder then most and I don’t understand why
