Honestly my best tip would be to choose a routine you can best follow for the rest of your life consistently. Something beyond our reach like running 10km and all this extreme workouts everyday will make you give up unless you are David goggins. So choose a routine you can follow consistently.
im trying to do that, its is very effective, every week or every 3 days add or step up in something, that way you are slowly but surely changing your routine

@@Uzunars u r right, last year January I started running 10 km a day lost 12 kg (90----78kg) in 3 months. And then I stopped.
Today my weight is again 93 kg. So technically my 3 months of running was waste coz I stopped. đ

Cardio burns the most calories so
track your calories. skipping breakfast helps me a ton, as I can then eat those calories as a big dinner, which I can't live without.
If tracking calories is too much work (fair enough), start out by just skipping breakfast and eat a very lightr lunch, a small snack of choice, and then dinner.
Also stop playing fortnite
I would recommend you do almost the EXACT same thing Mr. Whosetheboss did at day 50 a treadmill is useful but if you cant afford it just walk around a bit. Dont do hard workouts or youll maybe quit just go in the middle OH I FORGOT sleep 8-7 hours a day and drink A TON of water

I donât know how not to eat bad food, so I can work really hard but not think anything of it. Iâm very conscious about my body despite being told I am strong
Gradually reduce your intake. Your body is addicted to bad food (very normal in this day and age), so it will take time to shift your palate/cravings. For example, if you normally drink 2 cans of soda, try doing one a day. You only fail when you give up

You can't spot reduce fat with different workout, but if you have some wierd ginetics you could acutally lose belly fat faster then leg/thigh fat like me but you also gain fat on the legs/thighs faster then the belly aswell.

You need to sleep 7-8 hours a day. Tried to make a timetable to do all your work and go to sleep at a recommand time (10PM-6AM is the best time in my opinion)

because he didtn lose that much weight is because he maybe build more muscle same time as go down in weight and like if someone is training and try to lose fat they maybe think they dont lose fat cause they training casue you will gain weight when you train and lose weight and thats pretty good to train as same as losing weight cause insteed looking like a skinny person you can look muscle after lose all that fat when you train at same time
