I think he's very funny and humble. I really felt for him and his wife when their son died so tragically young. We are all human beings, we all love and have hopes for our children.
Many thanks for your comment. I totally agree with you. It must have been awful for Nicholas & his wife when his son tragically passed away. You never expect your children to pass before you do. Kind regards, SRC
I think Nicholas is a very private almost shy person, but when he lets the actor out the box he is second to none, he has certainly given my family so much enjoyment over the years, may you keep doing so.
Many thanks for your comment, it really does mean a lot. I totally agree, he comes across as very private and also a shy person. I loved Nicholas in Goodnight Sweetheart. Kind regards, SRC
Great actor and for people of a certain age will always not only be remembered for Rodney in Only Fools but as Adam in Butterflies in which the true Nicholas was unleashed!
Thanks for your comment Roger, it is very much appreciated.
I loved Butterflies with Wendy Craig & Geoffrey Palmer. I also remember watching a very young Nicholas in a Charles Dickens film
Kind regards,
SRC

Hi Carol,
Many thanks for your comment. I totally agree with you, it must have been awful for Nicholas & his wife when they sadly lost their son. Nobody expects their children to pass before them.
Kind regards,
SRC
Idiotic Rodney Trotter was his best role.
NO THATS DAVE.....
🥰🥰 Love this plonker 🥰🥰
Plonker
As least Britain is famous for something other than immigrants.
I prefer Rodney to Nicholas
Rodney was a better character than Nickolas.
I believe this Guy is totally ignorant
He could bore for Britain.
Shhhhhh
Shhhhh
You had your humour gland removed then?
Likewise
Show some respect!
Not even that funny
Sadly he was much more of a laugh as Rodney not this boring fella
No need to be beastly old chap
That clip highlighted the comedy genius of David Jason beautifully - but such clips also exist for Nicholas; I wonder what made the bone-idle, overpaid clown of a researcher choose such a ridiculous clip as it’s clearly Nicholas that’s being interviewed here…..🤔
The expression on his face tells everyone how that bizarre moment made him feel - they call that acting, and Nicholas Lyndhurst has done plenty - Fools and Horses wouldn’t have become such a timeless and enduring success without him.
