Paul O'Grady Hi De Hi Feature 2007 (Clips Removed)

When I first uploaded my original edit of this much-loved Channel 4 TV Special five years ago, it ammassed 31,000 views before it was suddenly blocked for copyright reasons, because it contained several clips taken from the BBC's original Hi-De-Hi shows, which Channel 4 had been given permission to reproduce in this program but, of course, I had not!
It's taken me several years to think of the solution to this problem, but now I've carefully edited those 'offending' BBC clips out, leaving only Channel 4's material, which they assured me was okay to use, so here it is again for the fans of both Paul O'Grady and of Hi-De-Hi. This show is all the more poignant now, as dear Paul Shane has, of course, passed away since this was made in 2007.

It's so sad to think that Shane, Paul and Ruth, since this was filmed, have left us.
I'm sure though that if heaven exists, they've met up with Dianne (who played Yvonne Stuart Hargreaves, del rimple Sykes) and the actor who played Barry Stuart Hargreaves!
So many of the cast have left us and it's a real shame!

Loved the TV show great to see the cast, just a shame paul ogrady talked too much at start. I even went to the stage show early 80s with most of the orginal cast in london.

Thanks Indie - It’s a little bit naughty of you to say Paul O’Grady talked too much at the start! Fair do’s…. I carefully edited everything out of my VHS recording of that whole show that wasn’t directly related to his Hi-De-Hi feature - so I think I got the balance as good as I could get it.
