Many nights that turn into bird chirping mornings and sleeping all day are the worst memories of my life . Stay clean my friend
I love it when recovering addicts take full accountability for themselves and call out their own past behavior. This is the true earmark of recovery.
I started doing drugs 20 years ago as a teenage. Got addicted to cocaine. Spent my whole life fighting cocaine addiction. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.
Amen God bless people. Save your health save your mind. Life is better without heroin, cocaine, alcohol and cigarettes. And you have more money in your pocket. God bless everyone who has rejected the devils intentions to be addicted to alcohol and cigarettes etc which can cause so much damage to health.
Can you help me with the reliable source 🙏. I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Australia. I don't know much about these mushrooms. Really need a reliable source!! Can't wait to get them
YES very sure of Dr.alishrooms. I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today.
Congrats! I'm really happy for you that your wife decided to help you. I always admire those who beat their addiction. Knowing it's possible to fix your life knowing there's people out there that have done what I thought was impossible gives me hope I will make it through as well. Those who share their experiences don't know how much it helps when you're about to give up, it gives you the strength knowing somone who actully know what it's like to go through this tell you it's possible, it's not the same somone telling you you can do it when they have no idea what it's like, but hearing somone who knows what it's like that helps a lot since you understand it firsthand and made it out gives so much hope. so thanks for sharing.
How do I reach out to him? Is he on insta
the typical life of a young sales rep who is making well over $100,000 a year and finally hits a rough patch and turns to uppers to get through the drag. Now the drag feels fucking awesome, all of a sudden you're maxing bonuses, crushing quotas and have an infinite amount of money with like minded people around you who also partake in said activies. The highest highs and lowest lows i've ever been through has been due to sales.
As a former coke head myself I can’t say I had it that bad because I never liked alcohol. I just loved chasing the drip of coke. I’m got over it the best way I could just cold turkey. I’m now California sober and working out 5 days a week feeling better then ever. Thanks for sharing your story. New subscriber over here
You couldnt have did it for long. Coke by itself is freaking miserable.
@@alimctaven7417 your right about that. I was on coke for about 7 years. I didn’t need anything else but myself and a bag of coke. Hated being on it but loved doing it. It’s just the power of the drug.
@@alimctaven7417I agree. I couldn’t imagine doing blow alone without alcohol.

Being an addict sounds exhausting. Shout out to you putting this out there. That's what more people need to see so they don't do it. I mean I hope that's what happens.
This was wonderful. I'm working on my all-day, every-day cannabis addiction. This was very helpful.

How is it going?
I appreciate the honesty in these videos…. You a real one bro 💯
At the beginning stages of addiction it is easy to mask. But, as your addiction spirals out of control so does your appearance and demeanor. As an addict you don’t notice all of these subtle changes, but I promise you your loved ones notice. I look back at some of the pictures of myself during that out of control period and I can’t believe how Rail thin I was. Me and my wife got in a blow up fight and she mentioned she knew something was wrong as she is watching me waste away. I took that to heart and stepped on a scale for the first time in 3 years, and I had gone from 5’11 190lb athletic built man to a frail 148lbs. Luckily this snapped me out of my trance and I went full bore. I dropped the drugs and picked up the weights instead.
Thankfully I’m back up to 197lbs and my wife likes me again lol
You're a good storyteller! Addiction is crazy as im well aware... Its impressive you can explain your story this way. Thanks for sharing.
I’m a recovering fentanyl/meth addict. The path to meaningful recovery lay in becoming able to help others with their struggles, and then doing it. I’m selfish in my addiction, so I’m going for self-less-ness in recovery, and it’s working well.
Sharing our story is helpful, so thx for sharing yours. How would anyone know they’re not alone if they can’t hear the stories of those who keep company.
God bless you, James. The work you are doing will change lives.
did you ever sell ass for drugs?
So sincere. So honest. Thank you so much for sharing this mate. Very very brave and you have no idea how many people this will help/prevent.
You honest asf bro. Bravo
1-2 eight balls a day? Holy shit!!
He must have been spending thousands of dollars each week.
He was selling RVs. He was making bank. He has a salesman pitch.
Also I am guessing this is USA eight balls are Max 120 USD on Aus that would be closer to $1200
@@duncanfirth $120 is real cheap for the U.S. You would have to buy weight for a ball to cost that. They are approx. $250 give or take depending on who you know.
@@angrytater2456agreed, 120 for an 8ball unless you are really close with a dealer or are buying weight, $70-100 is normal for average person

Former functioning coke head here.. You are spot on , it was a Hell of a ride....

Thanks for these vids - they’re powerful sober reflections. The thing that killed me was the lack of sleep. Coz I did gear all thru the night until sunrise - I was always exhausted the next day and often by some point would just crash and burn - did you not find the same - utter exhaustion
My Husband is trying to recover but can't sleep what did you do?
Your keepin it real man!!! Hats off to you as you move foreward, day by day. I gave up my demons, just up and stopped. #1, nobody was aware and I'll never tell them. #2, after my husband died I realized when I die I may have to have an autopsy and my secrets would be out so I walked away from that. Can't say I don't miss it at times, can say oh well, better this way.
Just subbed! Another recovering addict here, been sober little over a year. We recover together!

Nice one mate. Thanks for the insight. Sounds like your on the proper bright side of the street.
bro my heart hurt just listening to your morning routine😂.... salute to you sir for getting a hold of your life, best of luck to you
The headeaches must have been out of this world. I sometimes drink or do something here and there and waking up at 6 after a binge means a raging headache + bloodshot eyes
This guy has a good way with words he's easy to relate to.
Always starts with alcohol 😢
when you said "99 bananas" it really hit me how bad your alcohol addiction was, I worked at a liquorstore for a bit and it was always the hardest of alcoholics that got those by the handful. but those 3 5ths of liquor are equal to about 45 beers. Thats a LOT to have on a daily basis. doing that one or two times a month will give you a wicked hangover but nothing too bad in the long term. now placing two 8balls on top of it is where it gets really really bad as the mixture creates a pretty bad toxin in your organs, which makes you feel worse, so you just dump more alcohol and coke on it to make up for it and it spirals. Glad you were able to get out of it
Appreciate the honesty brother.. I’m right there behind you
You got this!

Wow what honesty
Great story. People would be amazed to realize how common this actually is. I wish the best for everyone. I had no idea it was this common in the industry till prob about 2016isb.
Great video and the one thing I will say about this is, most of us don't know our co-workers are functioning alcoholics for probably the first 50-75% of the time. If you put their entire process on a time scale we don't suspect anything until it kind of gets bad. Not because we don't or can't see it but because our brain doesn't work like that. When I see someone having an off day at work or acting a bit odd that day the last thing I think of is that person probably pounded vodka and coke that morning. It's not until it's almost too late and the signs our obvious that we start to put 2 and 2 together. I've had people say "Well surely you knew something was up" almost like it was my fault for not noticing and I was like "Bro - I just thought you were a weirdo". They hide it well....until they can't.
The more you explained the higher my anxiety level was getting 😂
I was a stimulants kinda gal I quit stimulants 6 yrs ago and my life has drastically changed, I became a therapist afterwards and am able to drink socially. My life has changed drastically and I enjoy living my life without being dependent on cocaine that god!!! Anyway I have done a lot of therapy and overtime realized I was diagnosed with a bunch of mental health disorders anxiety, adhd, ptsd, Bpd i realized I was coping in unhealthy ways due to trauma and medical conditions I am now on the proper medication that has helped change my life significantly it took me a long time to get here.. it took therapy and medication. I am so grateful I am no longer living that insanity.
Love the war stories
Ngl I watch your vids every time I’m on coke and don’t even know why but it really comforts me a lot. Can anyone relate in anyway. Peace ✌️
That is one crazy day my friend!
What blows my mind is listening to just ONE typical day in your old life would absolutely finish me .... I don't know how you actually managed to go on for so long like that. Well done for finally breaking the cycle.
I used to be a Finance manager for a Honda dealership and I was the same way with other drugs. Lots of Ecstasy. Glad to hear you're sober.
Ecstasy. Did you get fired for given a car away for free?😂
Damn man this is quite the addiction. Idk if I’m more impressed you never got arrested or that you’re clean now 😂 what a crazy life. Glad you’re happy and healthy now brother 💪
Not really many people do this
Healthy??? LOL this dude sounds like sht. He is permanent tweeked off that cane listen to him. And he is struggling to get air between every sentence as millions of words try to poor out at once lol. If he didn't stop what he was doing he sounds 3 days away from a heart attack. I'm glad he wants to change though I did a lot of cocaine to and my run only lasted about a year before I was in the gutters. My whole face was hurting so bad and my nose was so damaged from a 8 ball a day. Always had a headache I couldn't take it anymore really wanted to kill myself.
My question is: Being so wasted, how did you get it up? (If you catch my drift.)
In the 90´s doing coke was stigmatised while smoking pot was glorified. As a teenager of that era I never tried cocaine untill the early 2000 when I was in my 20´s. I did like it but the comedown and the clogged nose were so fucked up. Like that prevented me from doing it more and getting addicted. I soon forgot about it, and continued smoking pot for a while. Even that had to come to an end. I guess I´m lucky.
Needed this
Hi thanks for this video. I just had a question. As you were going about your day, what else were you thinking about besides alcohol? And how? (Positive, negative?)
Dude this is wild. How did your heart handle this pounding
Listen to him breathing man he's not healthy lol
You rock !
No more rocks!
I was a addict for 35 years, great job
Thank you for sharing. Im on hour 26 of sobriety and experiencing exactly this.
I was drinking a glass filled with half lemon vodka and half tropical redbull. 6am, 8am, 11am, usually skipped lunch, 3pm, 6pm, 9pm. Usually 4 cans of regular red bull a day and a handle would last roughly 2 days.
Functional during the day and would let loose at night.
Got a DUI, lost my girlfriend and job. Stopped taking showers, brushing my teeth. Havent gone to a doctor in 4 years.
I will never drink either again. Ive never thought to call an ambulance so much in 1 day in my life. Ill never go through this again. The shaking and chest rumbles and insomnia alone.
did u stay sober?
Sounds a productive day.
honest...with himself and us❤
I will say this and not as a call out but more so to point out there could be another underlying problem. Your pupils are pinned throughout the video even though there is a bright light shining at you. Hopefully its not any underlying health problem and i really hope you didnt swap addictions. Praying for the best brother.
I suspected someone I knew was an undercover coke addict that's how I found your channel. How long did you maintain this lifestyle? Didn't seem very sustainable for the long run. I'm having a hard time budgeting my money sober.
As a fellow alcoholic I always chose vodka because this BS nonsense that we believe vodka doesn’t give off a smell like the other types of alcohol does. Thanks for the story.
Ive been dealing with a coke addict for almost 3 years. Watching videos taught me a lot about their behavior. The biggest issue I had was selfishness and broken promises. We didnt really argue tho. After his dad's death about 2 months ago i noticed a shift with us. He is more distant now i rarely see him now his attitude towards me has even changed hes more annoyed by me now and i know the only thing left for me to do is walk away
Is he a friend or your boyfriend? How are you handling having that toxicity in your Life?
Girl get you a white man with some money so you can relax and be pampered you been through so much you deserve it
As a person that responsibly enjoy alcohol and 🍃 I couldn’t imagine drinking multiple Fifths a day.
Super Proud Your Sober man!
Lots of good info your talking about. (Sorry I didn’t mean that to sound like I was judging, I’m not anyone’s god so I don’t judge others!
Thank you
Always!
"Sugar free redbulls cause i cared about my health" this is the type of humor i appreciate and I've subbed to you for that alone 😂
I legit had heart palpitations once and was offered a cup of coffee by a friend right when I was snorting a huge line of coke and I remember him laughing when I said “no coffee, not good for my heart” and then I honked this massive line up!
Alcohol is definitely the gateway drug to destruction. I started drinking late a 17 and it picked it more cause I went to college and was dating a older girl. Being in that environment everyone drank at all times of the day. I got to a point I was showing up to class buzzed Smelling like Alcohol I would cut class to go to the bar. I was so stressed out with college I drank to cope with the stress. I started getting fat comfortable and one day didn't like the way my body felt. At 24 I graduated and 8 months later I got put on to weed. Honestly It saved my life. I slowly started using it to get off the cravings of Alcohol cause everyday I'd crave it after work. I started working out little by little to where I'm at today I have to work out for my mental and growth. I learned cannabis made me productive and made me do things in life without thinking or procrastination. It's helped me spiritually and mentally and changed my life for the better production wise. Everything works different for people but it help me face my problems and grow.
The moment you said you ran dealerships I completely understood. While selling cars I developed a drinking problem. I was a full blown drunk 3 years into it. I was in my early 20’s making 3 times what’s my friend’s parents were making so I thought I was some successful business women while literally killing myself.
Oh man the justification of the little shooters. That used to be my life too. ❤
thx to be nonest! i try to recover,,,, but the battle start

so i have got myself into the habit of doing cocaine to engage in social activities outside of work. (bare in mind i work alot around 60-80hrs a week plastering) i never miss bills, rent or loan repayments but im finding myself getting caught in the weekend trap :( i convince myself im not an addict but maybe i am? i dont drink during the week or do cocaine generally . sometimes it does happen when i go to watch football on weekdays. any advice for me mate x thank you for the videos its really great to hear an honest reflection of a previous addict
Crazy story
Doesn’t get more real than this
Been there!!
Thank you for your channel. I wanted to know as a wife of a spouse that is extremely deep in his cocaine addiction If leaving him will change him? And also, we thought taking the car would make him stop but now his friends who are also addicted are picking him up/ dropping him off. Is it right for me to go after the friends too?
There’s no guarantee, but it’s absolutely worth a shot. By staying with him you’re enabling him. I know that sounds harsh but it’s the truth. Us addicts have to hit rock bottom in order for us to finally want to get sober.
even if you dont leave him, maybe distance yourself and see how he responds, if he gets even worse and starts drowning it out with substance then probably not:/ I know this is MUCH easier said then done, but the friends HAVE TO GO. They are class 1 enablers, and he will undoubtably continue to use if he remains in contact with them. Going after them per say is all up to you.
addiction is a disease, a genuine brain disorder, this makes it very hard to undertand how they truly feel as on top of that substance disorders cause delusions.
if you can manage it, please get him into a detox place, preferably a 90-day program. they have eveyrything from mental/physical therapy, to anti-withdrawal drugs to make him comfortable. Of course the patient may choose to leave the rehab center, but for those who stay it has a very respectable success rate and theres NOTHING wrong with needing help.
Most people dont stop on their own until they scare themselves into reality, which usually involves multiple OD's or serious jail time, and i want neither for your spouse.
there is a show that documents what these rehab processes are like, its called INTERVENTION by A&E. This may be able to give you better insight for what you dhould expect, as well as a hotline provided by them for people sturggling with addiction.
I truly am sending so many thoughts and prayers towards you and your spouse, and i hope you can find a soulutiona nd live an amazing life.

How did u not get pulled over and caught for drunk driving? Just from the sheer frequency of doing it every day.
It's easy to get self-centered when cocaine has a hold on you and not you having a hold on cocaine. I dislike myself knowing I was that way and selfish perhaps irritable at times it was like the devils lettuce. When anxiety kicks over and you think about it more than your favorite meal it's a pathetic way to go. Cherishing being sober as we speak
OMG it feels so good to be sober I can definitely relate having vodka for breakfast.

I’m from a small town in N.C. where everybody knows everybody. Coke was an absolute epidemic in the 80’s. A lot of the people I used to party with are dead. The ones that are still alive are recovering and there are a few die hards that are still at it, but have switched to pills. There’s no future in coke for anyone.

Mixing alcohol and coke is more dangerous than people think
Omg how did you drink 10 banana 99s so quickly? Did you say that right? 10 of them and then more drinks right after that. That’s a hefty amount. They’re like 50% alcohol. That’s equal to like 14 standard drinks right off the bat.
