Morning Dave, as a Royal Enfield Himalayan owner myself I don’t watch your channel because of your bike but because of the content you bring so for me keep on keeping on my friend 👍🏻

  • @rickh8380

Bike sounds great Dave. I am here because of your content. I enjoy the ride outs, scenery, bike tests and commentaries. You tell it like it is which is refreshing in times we are living in. Give Eddie a big hug for me. Ride safe bud. Cheers

  • @ClassicRides

I wouldn’t stress too much about the dip in channel performance, I find it happens a couple of times a year for no reason whatsoever, it’ll come back up eventually. From talking to a few other ‘tubers’ this has been their experience too.

  • @ianhughesroyalenfield

Morning Dave. CZcams Analytics really do get us concerned and elated in equal measure at times. When I sold my Interceptor 650, I expected to take a drop in subs, but it didn’t happen, which on the one hand made me quite sad, as Honour had really given my channel it’s foundation, but on the other hand, confirmed my belief that my Classic 350 was the more popular of the two bikes. I have recently passed the 1500 subscriber count, and I am actually quite amazed that so many people want to join us on our rides. I very much doubt that I will ever get to 5k let alone 10k 😅. Keep plugging away mate.

Just subscribed. Enjoying your videos of my native Yorkshire which I left over 50 years ago.

  • @IsnBotterill

Just started watching your content today. Looks like I've got lots to catch up on. Keep up the good work.

  • @stevecoppin4278

Good Morning Dave , Please keep doing what your doing mate & thanks again for sharing it with us , i said in an earlier comment that Derek ( solo moto uk ) lost a lot of subscribers when he ditched his royal enfields , i'll watch you reguardless what you ride mate , looking forward to you next video as always take care & ride safe

  • @chrisweeks6973

Just keep doing what you're doing, Dave. My better half has a cooking channel on a different platform and her numbers vary for no apparant reason, too. It's very easy to over-analyse these things and get self-doubt as a result. Personally, I watch your videos for the content, ie, where you go and the scenery you pass through, plus your comments, as I do with another RE CZcamsr who has already commented here. Yes, I like Royal Enfields, predominantly watch and would like to have one, but I ride a Suzuki VL250 and a recently-acquired Honda CTX700N, so for me, it's not about a particular model. I first rode a motorcycle (98cc James Comet) back in 1959 and was bitten by the bug; it's a lifetime affliction!

  • @Andy_Bat

Good morning Dave, as you know I’m not an RE owner but a Yorkshireman who, like you, appreciates the true magnificence of this part of the world.- that keeps me coming back and your banter.

  • @maskedavenger2578

I can’t remember ,but I think I first started watching your content probably as a suggestion on my screen . I like a couple of the RE bikes , but as yet never owned one . I watch your channel because I enjoy the down to earth no nonsense content, & the scenic rides in your neck of the woods . It doesn’t matter what bikes you choose to ride ,although I have a preference for Hondas & Suzukis as non of those makes have ever let me down. My advice for what it’s worth ,is to just carry on being yourself & doing what you do. 👍

  • @lordhampton-wick7500

Hello Dave, I've only this morning in fact discovered your channel and I liked and enjoyed this video. I have liked and subscribed not because of the Royal Enfield, but I like the content and your style of presenting. I'm 74 years old and have been riding bikes since I was 16 years of age, it's definitely a bug. At the moment I ride a Honda CB1300 and I love it. I hope you keep up the good work, thanks for a enjoyable video, all the best and be lucky.

  • @buttercupbloke

Your classic 350 videos are what used to draw my interest, great commentary through picturesque scenery on a classic machine = a compelling combination. The cruiser and Honda just don’t have the soul. Each to their own though.

  • @thejudgehasjudged

I appreciated the heads up on the Slaidburn to Bentham road. The Trough is my goto destination but that was new to me. Good luck with the channel.

  • @tedsalmon2533

I've just recently discovered your channel and I enjoy it. I live in the US and am 71 years old and own a Bonneville t120 and a Tiger 850 sport

  • @davidgeorgeben-avraham9243

It's good to see you back! I don't know where you went to. I am riding a Yamaha Vino 125 just now for a friend, flushing our the old fuel. What a difference to my Meteor Super Nova Brown!

  • @johnpawson7400

Keep soldiering on, you always entertaining riding in the Dales.

  • @Argo-F-Ur-Sef

Love your videos. Keep it going. I’m from the US and I love hearing about the politics and UK news from a locals perspective as opposed to biased news media. Keeping up with world news and views is important. I love the country rides, some history thrown in, and bike reviews. Please do a review of the new Himalayan 450 once it makes it to the UK. Hopefully you are doing videos because you enjoy it. Till next time!

  • @scrubronnie3006

I wouldn't think there is much more to it than people look for bike content in the Spring and Summer nice weather more than they do in a wet and miserable Summer and Autumn.

  • @christopherheritage5651

I had a lot of buffering, so bought a £15 screen extender off amazon and sofar has been working a treat. Been to South of France and back on my SM650, and was a massive joy to ride and did not miss a beat.

  • @michaelcoger4626

Keep your head up and keep the videos coming.
