These are made in France with natural ingredients.
They’re super easy to eat. You have 2 options to bake them. You can either in the microwave, 50 to 55s at 750W, or in a conventional oven, 17min at 180°C without defrosting them.
A third option is to just let them defrost in the fridge for 2 hours, to eat them soft but not runny.
You can keep them up to 2 years frozen, and up to 5 days in the fridge, once defrosted.
