Today, I'd like to introduce you to the famous canelés Bordelais, from the “Aquitaine specialité” brand. They are available in Carrefour stores.
The box contains 9 canelés, each weighing 30g. Perfect for a snack or afternoon tea.
They're very easy to prepare. You can simply defrost them for 5 hours in the fridge, then 10 minutes at room temperature and they are ready to eat.
Or bake them for 5-10 min at 220°C.
They go perfectly with coffee or black tea.

Aujourd'hui, je vous présente les fameux canelés bordelais, de la marque « Aquitaine spécialité ». Ils sont disponibles dans les magasins Carrefour.
La boîte contient 9 canelés de 30g chacun. Ils sont parfaits pour le goûter ou l'après-midi.
Ils sont très faciles à préparer. Il suffit de les décongeler pendant 5 heures au réfrigérateur, puis 10 minutes à température ambiante et ils sont prêts à être dégustés.
Vous pouvez également les faire cuire au four pendant 5-10 minutes à 220°C.
Ils accompagnent parfaitement le café ou le thé noir.

也可能是我加熱的方式錯誤？
還是新鮮的好吃
比起來上次介紹的冷凍馬卡龍似乎口感比較接近新鮮的
家樂福真的很不錯，有時可以用很低的價錢嘗到一些外國貨
