It's shockingly earnest really. Yeah, there is SOME level of having a laugh but it's also very real and serious as well.
I appreciate farmers more than I ever did before, thanks to this hillarious yet educational, heartwarming and utterly brilliant show. Quite possibly my favourite TV programme of all time. It somehow makes you proud to be British too.

He's done more to bring attention to the plight of farmers than anyone else

Expect for the fact that Jeremy runs a very wholesome organic farm with lots of different fields and animals. Instead of the one sided behemoths that modern farms actually are.
Go look up how an actual pig farm looks like, stables with more then 3000 hogs are the rule not the exemption.
I love this program but don’t think this gives you an honest look at life at a farm
RIP to Steve Harley who passed away last month, I'm sure he would have loved his music being used in the trailer and I know Jeremy was a big fan. Can't wait for season 3.

That 4th episode was heart wrenching, one of the best shows ever on prime.
As a farmer myself its just one of those things, you sometimes have bad years like that with livestock. Its nobodies fault, one year you'll have a very successful breeding season and the next year its a nightmare. It is a real gut punch, but every farmer knows you got to get on with the business of living nothing else you can do.
This looks epic! I bumped into Gerald buying a paper last Sunday morning and he was lovely, thanks team for the best show on TV. 💪🏻👍🏻

From the Top Gear trio, I think Clarkson really knew the blue prints on how to make a fun, comedy type of entertainment just like top gear.
Id say James is on Par or is a close second with his "Our man in Japan", Our Man in italy and very recent Our Man in India.
And James really fit those type of shows.
I agree; Hammond was not himself on the other show. What he is doing with their YT channel is just amazing, the way he recently reviewed his new Porsche.. Man, that was beautiful. Proper old-time Top Gear vibes.

I just got done watching Season 2, and was wishing there was a Season 3, and in the time it took for me to start watching Season 2 yesterday, and finish today, Season 3 trailer releases. Perfect timing.
Honestly it is one of the most enjoyable shows to sit down and just glue your face to the screen for several hours. Clarkson being Clarkson is extremely entertaining, specially mixing in others like Kaleb and Gareld. Hands down the most entertaining farming programs ever made, and it would be really nice to see more shows like this pop up in the future, though unless it is either Richard or James, I am not sure it would be all that entertaining or chaotic... Unless Liam Neeson has a go maybe... Also I keep hoping that either James or Richard make an appearance in one of these, like a visit to see how things are done so they can mock him some more lol.

Just amazing. Its like game of thrones the first few seasons. Never know whats going to happen, there is the hate of the council, the shock of Gerald, the heart warming of Kaleb and Jeremy and to top it off the constant struggle always in the background of the farm itself and everything that can go wrong/right.
Clarkson’s a real one keep it up big guy and thank you for all those moments !

There's nothing wrong with having a cast of multiple races - look at the original Star Trek from the 60s - but when the BBC does it, it's all about bonus points for virtual signalling and "look at our strength in diversity and blah blah" NOBODY CARES, just entertain us!
