I've never thought some one as unimportant as Min HJ can also call for emergency press con for twice in Korea. She must, or at least her PR company must have good connection with media companies. I am afraid she enjoyed spot lights so much, she is going to do it again.
I personally waited months before developing an opinion and it's obvious that MHJ is the problem. A company going YEARS without drama until her...that's a very clear sign that she is trying to divide and conquer. The timing of it all happening during military service makes it pretty obvious too!
I'm so tired of her bullsh*t. HYBE is very prudent to only comment in relation to court actions/decisions. I think people forget that any mistatement from HYBE can result in a loss of millions of dollars in stock value.

I've been suspicious of it all from the very beginning. And it didn't surprise me at all with your revelation about a PR firm handling MHJ press announcements. She's a marketing person after all. But does she have the money to pay the top-tier lawyers, the top PR firm and launch all those strategically placed and timed pieces for the public to "consume"--all meant to hurt Hybe, their artists, the business, etc.? It wouldn't surprise me if in the near future, it will come out there are way bigger people behind her, with the agenda to topple Hybe's status in the industry.
Also, many fans are so frightened about Hybe becoming a monopoly, but look at Kakao---they have more entertainment companies in partnership with them (SM, Starship, IU's company, Antenna, etc.). Kakao have their hands on other interests, too, not just music entertainment companies. So, who is monopolizing businesses now?

From what I believe the "chinese company" isn't the 2nd biggest share holder in hybe, Netmarble is! (2nd or3rd ithink)(I might be a little off here as i dont have the company breakdown in front of me and im trying to recall what i saw in a brief look through) but I think that "Netmarble" is owned or partly owned by Mr Bangs ..cousin. However, a chinese company is a large shareholder in "netmarble and this chinese company is or is at least majority🤔 owned by "Tencent" (an enormous chinese conglomerate). Netmarble is apparently in financial distress at the moment & the "rumour is" that these chinese companies are trying to buyout netmarble which would then give them 2nd or 3rd largest sharehold of hybe.. from there its a medium size skip & jump to a complete takeover of Hybe

Just read about this on The UBJ. Don't know what MJ expected would happen, like this was going to go away quietly. I have started to check who is posting and how long they have been posting. Also look at if they only post negative stuff. I have blocked several channels and posts because they seem to be created just to attach Big Hit, HYBE, and their artists. This is what New Jeans and a lot of netizens who support MHJ do not see. We all saw how MHJ is a master of manipulating people and a very good actor at that. After MHJ won her "termination" case over Hybe, she wasn't happy because she won, but she was happy because her drama acting and lies paid off. But UNTIL WHEN? I still believe that the Korean judicial system will be able to uncover and see the truth about MHJ with the help of Hybe's factual evidence. And when this happens, New Jeans will immensely regret that followed and supported MHJ. One youtuber says that she hired a PR company. I forget the name of the company, but it is supposed to do more than just PR. The company is also known to hire the online ghost writers and CZcamsrs. She knew all kinds of dirty tactics. I wonder who gave her all those ideas...?? It's kind of impossible to think of all these by herself unless she's been contemplating to screw one of her employer for a long time and collecting those ideas over many years. Yeah that is exactly what I heard (from a secure source). That all this is part of a bigger plan for how to take over not only ADOR, but HYBE. Tecent is a chineese company that is drowling to get into Korean entertainment business. The smear campaign against HYBE (about chart manipulation and cult) was also part of the media play that these hired PR companies do. To get HYBE´s stocks to deepdive, (which they did!) Then, when HYBE is forced to sell shares, Tecent could buy and get majority in HYBE.

I have long wondered how she's financing her legal and other costs. She said she'd considered launching her own agency but she would have used up all her own money so she chose instead to join Hybe. She made a little bit of a fuss about working with V/ Kim Taehyung back in September of 2023 on his album Layover....she was able to work with him, but it looks to me that that was about the time HYBE started looking into her.
I heard she was pushing for a few things for V to do and he went his own way with how he wanted things done.
Believe me, Bang PD would look into anything our guys don't feel right about. I believe V must have had a talk with Bang and Bang will always look out for the guys that helped him make it in the industry.

How do we know that the “HYBE” that hired them before wasn’t MHJ/ADOR? I seriously doubt that most of the other agencies hired them because there has never been any other hate trains that was beneficial to another group. Only Knockoff Jeans and MHJ benefited from others being hated on.

The real problem that MHJ faced, it wasn't that HYBE discovered her plans to rip-off ADORE from HYBE. The bad surprise for MHJ was about the timing. MHJ didn't had the time to create the hole stage to damage HYBE image, and to destroy HYBE straight and power in kpop.
I think that MHJ first press conference, the funeral wreaths and the "news" about BTS, BSH, Big Hit and HYBE in the next 1 or 2 weeks after the press conference was a MHJ reaction to HYBE making public her plan, and asking her to step out ADORE. Maybe she had some help to buy the funeral wreaths and contact the media because MHJ&co, didn't want to be exposed.
After that it is like someone else create the stage for MHJ, because at the second press conference MHJ looked as a trained person, complete different of the MHJ psychological characteristics as a narcissistic woman that MHJ is.
It isn't usual that a Marketing Agency to work with two businesses that compete. If the Marketing company worked with HYBE before and they took the decision to be against HYBE this time, it is meant that they took in consideration to lose a client. But to lose such a big client it seems, like someone else as big as HYBE have to make them to earn big money in the future.
I will say that, after hearing MHJ at the first press conference, how she didn't want to spend her own money to make her own company, MHJ isn't so eagerly to spend her own money. I don't know if she even have so much money to pay a marketing strategy against HYBE.
If MHJ had that money and spent it to pay the marketing fees, then it looks like MHJ is really scared about the future.
If someone else paid the fees, than definitely MHJ got not only fans support, but someone that hates HYBE as more that MHJ do.

I'm going to look in South Korea's laws and see how the law works in this situation. Why would HYBE give out info on what they are doing. If HYBE were to release info best believe that MHJ's crew would take it and run with it, turning into misinformation. HYBE should not reveal anything until the investigation is complete... then it may become public.

Realistically, NJ MIGHT be an okay group BUT their blind following should speak volumes about their mindset and character. MHJ has dragged these girls down and the thirst they have for success is skewing their perspective. They need a quick kick in the butt - a life lesson that probably should open their eyes and see the writing on the wall. They all need to go away - do they still get paid if they are put on hiatus? Since MHJ is now getting some of her BS stopped with the new board members, do they believe they will go anywhere?
The petition could have been written by someone whose English isn’t their primary language but just an open demonstration of support to get rid of her, a numbers game.
Funding needs to stop. Money, or the lack of it, is a great motivator for behavior change. Reduce her budget and go after the one big part that allows her the ability to waste company time and money. She doesn’t have a proven product based on the number of times she’s stolen from other groups. Is there a way a marketing firm/strategist can spin the wrong doing in a logical way? There’s still too much missing but so far, it doesn’t seem like anyone at HYBE has anyone with common sense there. Sometimes, KISS (keep it simple stupid), needs to be applied.

Without a doubt, there was hiring of a PR company to do the syndicated online stuff. Last time I checked the Wreath ARMY twitter acc, last posted on the 17th May. If they were a genuine account they would still have been reporting about other various BTS stuff.
The GG will carry out their work- the cloud of their boss is forever going to be hanging over them. And they will be smiling and laughing on camera, however, inside they will be feeling bad. The hype about their boss on the shows is going to be for show. One can forgive fellow artists for name calling you and judging you about your performance and credibility, however, your boss that one you don't forgive, you only work through the betrayal.
PS: Trying to gain stuff that you haven't worked for never pays in the long run. Can yo imagine, she will forever go down as the person who wanted to take down Hybe/BTS. Bg left his former employees amicably, hence he has no regrets. However, for mhj, even when she becomes a successful business owner, many she will have to build trust from scratch.
