Have to disagree, I liked the Good Life but the humour in Ever Decreasing Circles was on an altogether higher level. Briers’ portrayal of Martín as the archetypal nerd and anorak, wrapped up in his own little world with an obsession for trivial detail, was brilliant, and so were the rest of the cast in their respective roles, they complimented and interacted with each other perfectly.
