Richard and Penelope falling out is complete rubbish. I worked with both of them and they got on really well. The series merely ran its natural course and we should all be grateful for a classic piece of television.
Stanley Lebor (Howard) appeared in films with Christopher Lee, Richard Burton, Dirk Bogarde, Michael Caine and Sean Connery!! He usually played a Policeman, Doctor or Soldier.
