you can have a 10 piston caliper, vehicle is going to stop the same as single caliper brakes, tire don't care how many pistons caliper's have, traction (tire) is and will be the limiting factor on how quick a car stops, the only thing is going to be noticeable is pedal feel, perception, so it would be akin to kidding yourself, I went to dual piston, but upgraded to larger rotor diameter, car still stops the same, but now brakes take longer to overheat plus it takes less pedal effort, if you don't change tire width or compound you ain't changing much. Think of it this way, same car, same brakes, same tires, one test on dry road, next test on same road but wet....will a 12 piston caliper stop faster on wet road?

Yes you can use 15" inch wheels, this has been verified I own two Cutlasses, one 442 and one Supreme with this same setup. I will however note that it will ONLY work with 15" wheels or larger. As some of you may know the Cutlass Hurst and 442 for example came stock 15" wheels whereas the the more base packages (Supreme, Brougham, Calais) came with the 14" wheels. As the gentleman in the video stated the front calipers are literally plug and play but the rear calipers will have to be slightly modified, nothing major or difficult if your running the stock 7.5 or 8.5 rear differential. Their are videos on how this is done. G BODY NATION!!!!!✌🏾
