Laura, you are a lovely, light to our universe . In two of the past videos I teared up because your message, moved me. I'm a 53 yr old male, in the Los Angeles, CA area. I have rheumatoid arthritis. Long story short, the RA, hit the colon, then experienced sepsis shock & renal failure. I was hospitalized for seven days & then released to a world that was an uncharted territory that I wanted no part of . In the past I was a group fitness instructor & personal trainer. I'm like you, I lLOVE to help others . However, now due to the post sepsis syndrome, I really don't want to leave my apartment. In your past videos you shared that many experience: Insomnia, Anxious/Paranoid, Loss of appetite Mid depression Insomnia The most horrific one of all is the diabilitating, immobiling exhaustion. In closing, I must say, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, For adding value to our world through teaching us we are not alone & we can transform . Huge Happy Hugs, Blake Mays
Hi Blake PSS is horrendous and the fact that not many medical professionals know about it is why I’m on a mission. Your story is amazing and I am wondering would you be interested in sharing your story. I am wanting the podcast to basically be a bit like having a chat with your Bestie. I did the first interview on Sunday and it was so emotional but in a good way. And we were both saying how cathartic it felt. Hope you are well And staying safe at the moment with quarantine (Shielding is fun isn’t it And it’s making everybody anxious about going outside).
Yes. I'm just to weak at the moment , I've been in bed the entire day. Feel free to email me at Cbmays@msn.com with details . Thanks for asking . Have a wonderful week. Blake
Thank you for sharing this to Layman very good, especially that high Lactic acid can be dangerous. Would like tip about cramps in calves and legs, this may also be do with Lactic Acid?
