It's looks similar to an electric fire I had that burned down the apartment unit. I smelled smoke and ran downstairs and around to the back the back areas where they had all the electric meters show the electricity was coming in there it started real close to that area look for the electric meters and where they would have been
@onewade1974 great point! I think they are looking into that possibility. Crazy for a 3-4 year old house
Any suggestions on improving chances in getting daily claim assignments. I've been doing desk for the past few years, but since the start of the year have been putting in applications to get on rosters for daily assignments in NC. Love your content btw,, you are truly a servant leader in your field.
@coyotedale it’s really hard to get daily claim assignments. It has a lot to do with timing, when somebody is moving out of the area and an opportunity opens up. I had to wait several years to get into North Carolina. I just kept calling and asking if there was positions available. Eventually one came up.

@@danieltheadjuster were you just calling various IA firms to see if they had client coverage in NC? I'm thinking that is what I need to do in order to find those with potential NC activity.
@coyotedale Yes, That is correct. I call lots of firms, ask them what Carriers they are handling claims for in my area, and then ask if they have need for help. If no need, I still get on their roster, so that if someone leaves I can be ready to take their spot.

Hey Daniel, I'm a new field adjuster(2 months in) and I'm having difficulty identifying hail damage to the composition shingles on a roof. I can confidently call the hail damage to siding, soft metals, windows ect. but calling hail on the shingles is a bit difficult. Can you educate me and other newer adjusters about hail to shingles? Thank you for all you do man.
