FOCACCIA WITH ONION AND TOMATO (Ragusa's Recipe)

INGREDIENTS (for 2 focaccia):
500 grams,
250 ml water,
8 grams sugar,
12 grams salt,
and olive oil sq.
SEASON: 1 liter of tomato sauce, 1500 grams onion, 200 grams horse cheese, 60 grams olives, salt and olive oil.
It was born in Ragusa in Sicily and becomes a special recipe for all family celebrations.
Definitely a recipe to taste!
