Crandall! You guys are geniuses! I have a Gunmetal 3D Knit Leap V2 with the thick backpad and Green Casters. The quality is amazing! Plus with a little lubricating using your guide, the chair became absolutely silent! IMO your Leap V2 is the Perfect Chair! It’s like you took all the complaints people have about the Leap V2 and fixed them!

when did these new arm pads start shipping on remanufactured chairs. I purchased 3 remanufactured chairs from you guys since January.
They started shipping out about 2 weeks ago.
Will you guys have any bases for the Amia chair back in stock anytime soon?
We do not sell the Amia bases as a stand alone product.
Question. I bought a refurbished Leap V2 from BTOD, and was in between you guys. Bought it like 2 months ago. The reason I went with them is because it was before you released these new arm pads, and I had read that the ones you used were hard. So you changed it after I had gotten from them. I don't regret and know you guys are the 2 best, despite being competitors. My question is, if I wanted to get the seat you have, along with the arm pads, would I be able to buy that separately, and install a new seat cushion bought from you guys, from the one I have (which isn't bad but curious about yours) at home? Perhaps in the future I'll probably use you guys.

@@CrandallOfficeFurniture I wrote an email and was told you guys only do the transfer program if I had bought a chair from you. So I asked if I can just get the seat and and she said unfortunately no (for the seat)
Yea we don't sell the seat by itself. We only offer upholstery services which includes seat exchanges. We do not sell the seat pads outright.

We use a 26 x 17 x 32 box and our shipping weight is about 58 lbs

You guys are missing out on making a innovative headrest for this chair. Another company has one being manufactured atm. I know you're gonna say the leap cant handle the stress and will ruin warrenty. Thats a bunch of baloney! Steelcase literally made a headrest for this chair and the back flexes as designed with the headrest in mind. Ive had the furry daddy mod for 2 years now and the back hasnt broken one bit. This chair was designed to flex. A little head weignt isnt going to break the chair.
