- More witnesses were called to testify as Johnny Depp’s defamation trial against his ex-wife Amber Heard continued on Wednesday 25 May.
Model Kate Moss appeared on video to deny Amber Heard's allegation that teh Pirates of Caribbean actor pushed her down the stairs.
After her, Depp himself took the stand again to answer more questions about his relationship with Miss Heard.

She didn't defend him, she simply verified that he didn't push her down the stairs. I think Amber's lawyers should have taken the time to ask if he was ever abusive in their relationship. I feel like Rottenborn won this one. I don't believe a word that AH says, but Rottenborn is a good lawyer, quite professional, unlike his rude and clueless colleagues. Johnny Depp was just going around the questions way too much, talking when not supposed to, not really answering. He can say he didn't write those messages, but he doesn't seem to be able to prove it. I'm for JD but I'm also trying to see this case objectively. In my ignorant position I think JD is not going to win. The only way he can win is if AH confesses the scam. I'm afraid JD is going to become a martyr in order to keep things as they are and not shake the mistakes of modern ideologies. I hope I'm wrong.

I am pro-equality and believe that any human regardless of their gender should receive equal opportunity and equal rights and respect. And I do identify that society has been not-equal for women. But, the law today is sad for men too because it shows that a man in a DV case is considered guilty until proven innocent which is again inequality because if it is the other way round, a woman accused of DV is considered innocent until proven guilty by the society. AH's malicious acts have taken back years of work towards the betterment of women's position in society. But it has definitely shown the society that men's treatment in DV cases can be prejudiced and biased which should not be. We are all humans. No one gender or race or religion or ethnicity could be entirely good or entirely bad. It's some people in that set or subset that are bad or good. In this case, AH, belonging to the subset of women, is bad, unlike others who are not. She is vile and malicious. JD is not the abuser. He is the victim. And he needs to receive justice for the abuse he has experienced.
