After a U.S. judge rules to continue Johnny Depp's libel suit against ex-wife Amber Heard, Heard's legal team is presenting their case with forensic psychologist Dr. Dawn Hughes as the first witness and Amber set to take the stand in her defense this week. Depp is suing Heard for $50 million over an opt-ed she wrote in The Washington Post describing herself as a "public figure representing domestic abuse" and Johnny claims her article defamed him and cost him Pirates 6.

The day after her abuse she went on James Corden talk show with no visible injuries, she said “make up” covered her two black eyes and a broken nose. Now I had a black eye injury before from a club sport. The next day is the worst day because your injuries becomes inflamed and swollen.. How is it possible for her to have no swollen on her eyes and a broken nose?!! How do you heal from those injuries within 12hours???

Now i rewatch the trial almost everyday because i find new things every single time....on her testimony in those pics she showed after she claims she has a bruise on her jaw from one of his CLOCK yet in NONE of those pics was there a bruise on her jaw she didnt even bring it up...and i wondered too who puts heavy lipstick or any at all on a open wound!?🤔 ....not only would that hurt it would be entirely unsanitary....but when youre lying lil things like that slip up 🥴
@@lionessofjudah5024 She provided one photo in trial that looked very edited with a bruise on her jaw area, I suspected they are either from her cosmetic surgeries like Botox and other work she’s done on her face. Or she fabricated them. The funny thing was, all her photos were from herself and her friend. If she needed medical care for her injuries. Why not just go to the doctor and and make up a story if you wanted to protect your abuse husband? That way, your injuries will have been documented into that hospital? You don’t need to tell the doctor that ur husband abused you, if you’re really injured you can make up a reason just so you can get treated. A doctor is not an FBI lol
I’ve gotten beaten in the face and the only way I’ve been able to cover fresh bruising n inflammation was with odee conselear, sunglasses, a Face mask n a big puffy jacket n people still noticed!

As someone who works with survivors of domestic and sexual violence, it is so hard to watch Amber. It makes me angry that she can sit there and try to get sympathy from the jury. She is so obviously the abuser.
Yeah it is aggravating to see her lie so much in court, thinking that the jury will believe her if she cries and points the abuse in her direction. Although, it is nice to see a tiny bit of her real personality come through when Johnny's lawyer is dealing with her. Her voice gets lower and she acts more serious as if she is annoyed with her questions. Hopefully the jury sees through this. I can't wait to see what else Johnny's lawyer will bring up and how Amber Turd will react.

Generally you're not even allowed to Mention 'other evidence' during a trial, if it's not submitted IT DOES NOT EXIST as far as the Court is concerned.
What got me was in the same breath she manages to say or imply all of the following:
1) I hv a photo, I just didn't produce it
2) I produced everything
3) My lawyer has it but did not produce it (this critical picture showing terrible abuse)

In my opinion, you can clearly tell Amber’s team is checking the media in some way. All of the sudden she is less theatrical (definitely still theatrical but a little less), taking accountability for some of her actions, and trying to correct other things people have been hating on her for.

On the same day, her counsel actually asked her about the $7m and she did say she didn’t donate all of them: 5:19:00 to 5:22:30 (exact time she said it was around 5:22:13). But when crossed by Camille later that day… she said she disagrees with her when Camille said she hasn’t donated all of the $7m (8:22:15 onwards).
This is why she isn’t a credible witness. This happened in ONE day! She so easily lied. What else did she lie about??

What is most pronounced about Amber right now is how indefatigable she is in her denial that she didn't donate the money and her attempts to play semantics repeatedly with Camille even when she's called out on it. She shamelessly continues in a roundabout circle as though she believes that if she does it enough, people will just grow exhausted and accept her testimony as truth. I wonder how many times she tried the same tactic with Johnny Depp. Also, it seems she can't help but demonstrate in real time-- in the courtroom-- trying to engage him even though she claims he was such a hellish, scary abuser--- just like she tried to engage him after she placed a TRO on him. My brutally abusive alcoholic father nearly killed my mother the day she finally left him. My brother saved her life. When I was young my father broke my mother's nose, among many other reasons she went to the hospital because of him. Her nose was completely distorted, swollen, her eyes were black and blue, she had to have full reconstruction. My brother and I have the exact same nose and we got that nose from her. Sadly it's a trait we no longer share because my mother is a victim, just like Johnny. This cross examination has made me relive so much trauma and I pray to God my mother never has to see this. The violence she went through is unimaginable.
All i can say is that i am so sorry to hear what you guys went through.

That struck me as odd too. Most bathrooms have large well lit mirrors that make it impossible to not look at. Also, if you are in pain it is almost instinctive to look in a mirror, if you can, to see if you are alright.

There is no injuries nor swelling on Amber's face. Someone who would claim to get beat up repeatedly, there would be signs of injuries, especially if they claim that person had "big chunky rings." When UFC fighters are in a fight and they were hit several times in the face, with gloves, their face is extremely swollen, even many with cuts. Cuts from a glove, foot or arm. So if she got beat repeatedly with chunky rings, her face would have been extremely swollen and far worse than a UFC fighter. So if you're going to be all about Amber, don't forget to look at the facts and also accept that men are victims too.

And so for A.H. to say that she got hit in the face and got bruises all over her body, she sure loved to go out to bare her face and body at these special events. What a pathological liar! When he came back, Amber would start arguments to make Johnny think he was going crazy & I'm sure it made Amber feel justified for her behaviors & she inflicted DV to control him. So she wanted to control Johnny be cause she needed his money to support her orgies & wild parties.
It's interesting to hear what she finds embarrassing and humiliating, cause her testimony in this trial is by far the worse of the bunch.

The most fucked up thing is that all the people that are supporting Amber are abusers themself. It’s very creepy they say things like “well she said she loved him after she beat him up so clearly she loves him, I wish someone loved me like that!” Or “He’s bigger than her so obviously nothing she did to him actually hurt it’s only bad if he hits her” this trial is an easy way to tell someone’s character as soon as you meet them, if they support her at all run for your life.

Idk man ... Ive been on the johnny wagon this entire time until todays trial bc it triggered me to one of the last DV happenings that I've experienced. This dude choked me and held me up on a wall where my feet weren't touching and once he released me I was so scared and crying but then for some reason ... Maybe child hood trauma .. ran after him when he left my apartment. This was many moons ago and I've grown since then but I'll tell you, this hearing triggers me and makes me empathetic ..

However, listening to her testimony I now believe she is 100% at fault, and I hope she never works again, and I hope charges are pressed against her. Between the recordings, text messages that were leaked, JD testimony, everyone else's testimony and hers, she is narcissistic, definitely suffers from histrionic disorder, and BPD and she definitely has sociopathic tendencies. Why would you have the balls to tell your abuser stop acting like a baby, yet she states she doesn't disagree with him to keep him calm lol get her Camille! Take that B!@#$ down for making a joke of survivors and using their stories for her gain.

She practiced a lot during this break on her acting. She seems to be doing a better job at conveying her story. Looks a bit more believable. However, I think the damage is already done to her believability. They are trying to clarify those clips where she admitted hitting him multiple times and turning it into being her trying to stop him from hurting himself, taking a blame for something that she 'didn't' do. I personally am not convinced of her testimony at all. Last week performance was too deceiving to believe her anymore. Unless they have some serious solid proof of the abuse she went through.

I’ve been on the taker of abuse during my “practice” marriage. Amber exhibits NO typical signs of someone abused as she claims to have experienced, there’s no fear of Johnny, it’s as though she’s willing him to meet her eye contact, there’s no attempt to physically avoid him.
I find it odd there’s never a so called bruise on the left side of her face… and Johnny is right handed. Also she wants to change the locks because she’s sooo afraid of Johnny… if she’s sooo afraid and wants a good night sleep… wouldn’t it be safer for her to go to a hotel? Well no she couldn’t do that because it’s hard hooking with James Franco in the public eye… I mean really if you were terrified of the monster would you even contemplate having the one guy Johnny thinks she’s already having an affair with for a booty call? The differences between the events she claims happened and the lack of corroboration depicted in her photos is jarring. The first time we heard her testimony about how badly she had been beaten, I was thinking the photos were going to be a bloody mess. I actually laughed out loud today when AH was trying to find a way of making everyone believe her sad tales of woe. 😂 "Oh, I do have other pictures that show all the damage to my face, I'm simply not the person who decides whether to show them or not."
