After a U.S. judge ruled to continue Johnny Depp's libel suit against ex-wife Amber Heard, Heard's legal team presented and rest their case, so now Johnny Depp's lawyers get to cross-examine Amber Heard. Depp is suing Heard for $50 million over a 2018 opt-ed she wrote in The Washington Post describing herself as a "public figure representing domestic abuse" and Johnny claims her article defamed him and cost him Pirates 6. Heard is countersuing Depp for $100 million.

I know we all love Camille ❤️ as we should but can we show some love for BEN?? the man sits there and eats gummy bears like he's watching the best TV show ever. And the faces he makes when ambers spewing her lies are PRICELESS. he's adorable.
Oh yes I like him aswell, I love how close he and Johnny are, they are always shaking hands and gives each other hugs.

I really want to take these two for a drink. I absolutely love Johnny's team and it is so clear they are here to being him justice. He is their client but I can also clearly see he is also a friend of sorts. The way Ben and Johnny's interactions are so personal and johnny looks so proud of Camille throughout, like "yeah, get her ☺️☺️"
These posts praising the layers calling them only by their first name has a serious parasocial vibe. You’re not friends with them because you see livestream of them where they defend a celebrity you like.

It is incredibly creepy how she continuously stares at the Jury whenever is the lawyers are at the side bar talking to the judge. I mean she’s just eyeballing them the whole time, it is so freaking creepy.
She's a narcissistic sociopath and (most importantly) a Hollywood celebrity, so she thought she could just act her way out of the hole she dug for herself!
Too bad for her that she can't act her way out of a paper bag without constant editing and reshoots to make her look like an actual human being, instead of the shark-eyed, vaguely humanoid alien she actually comes off as.
She probably garnered _some_ sympathy from the jury, trying to build rapport with that creepy stare. Too bad that thin veneer comes *right* off the moment she has to actually think about what she says instead of concentrating on her act. Narcissists can't stand *any* attacks on their fragile ego and Ms. Vasquez knew *exactly* which buttons to push!
P.S. I know the trial is (mostly) over, but I'm going through the whole thing again. It's even better when you know that there's a happy ending! 😁👍

That’s her trying to see if the jury is buying her lies. It kills me that she had the nerve to taunt Johnny over 21 Jump Street and his career in general. I had absolutely no idea who she was even when Aquaman came out! .. her acting was so forgettable that I had no urge to see who she even was lol. Elaine’s reputation has taken a hit because it was clear to one and all that she is an unethical, shyster lawyer and 95% of her questions during cross were totally asinine, hostile, disdainful and just plain ludicrous. She is a deposition lawyer….. NOT a trial lawyer.

Did anyone notice that when she was asked about James Franco putting his head on her shoulder she said he noticed the injury to her face and he touched her face. But she motioned to the left side. Her injuries were always on her right side. Which is also strange. Johnny Depp is right handed. He would have hit her on her left side. But injuries were always on her right. I used to work in a psych hospital. A patient punched me in the temple. Whenever I recount the story my hand ALWAYS goes to my right temple. He was left handed. Just food for thought.

When her lawyer interviews her she's all destroyed and vulnerable and when the accusation't lawyer i terviews her she's all smerky and eyes rolling and trying to be a smartass, etc.

Following this case I’ve noticed 1. Every single time there was an altercation, it was her that was persuasive in keeping it going (her banging on every closed door, saying he “runs” every time). 2. It was always her who had to apologize and explain why she reacted in violence or why they had to fight. 3. She only remembers things properly when her counsel is asking questions.
All evidence shows her always having to beg him back. I have yet to see one letter saying he was sorry for overreacting or being contradictory to what Depp is claiming.
You clearly are not following the trial closely enough. There were multiple texts that showed Johnny apologizing… Are you lying or just accepting the popular narrative?

(BPD does that) so he apologized because she was making him blame himself because he didn’t do EVERYTHING she wanted and succeed to help her (people with BPD can’t be saved by normal people like JD, they have to want to change from the bottom of their heart and work with a therapist during years to be able to feel better and more stable, BPD is extremely difficult to treat even with excellent therapy and gigantic motivation from the mentally ill patient). People with BPD never assume their fault or problems and always manipulate others into believing that everything is their fault and that they have to apologize because of the non-existant bad actions they committed. The fact that people with untreated BPD can fully believe their own lies is a big part of the difficulty to treat them, they deform everything in their head and are unable to see differently than what their mental illness is dictating. Personality disorders are extremely tricky to work with and AH not only needs to stop her bad actions but she also really needs help because she is constantly in pain and can’t develop normal stable relationships. She fears uncontrollably the abandonment but with her acting so ‘’toxicly’’ with everyone she pushes everyone to leave her so she is trapped in a cycle of fearing abandonment but provoking it again and again and creating more suffering for herself. I really hope she can sick help and be in a better place after all these events, every mentally ill patient deserve to be helped and finally live a better life.

This lawyer made amber heard admit of defamation without her even realizing it. Holy cow. And that’s the whole point of the sue case. “Was the domestic violence you’re talking about on the article referenced to the DVRO you filed for Johnny depp on 2016? And she said yes 😩 by then she already lost. The whole case is for defamation and the lawyer lead her to the trap. This lawyer is freaking insanely amazing.
Honestly, it’s not even that Depp’s lawyers are so good, it’s more that her lawyers have a loser case (and aren’t that great either).

I mean all of the tactics she uses to try to win the jury’s favor is already obvious, but does anyone else notice she consistently keeps trying to add in bits of sarcastic humor similar to Depp when he was being cross-examined. It’s not totally his fault, narcissists prey specifically on people like him because they went through really traumatic things and want to help anyone even if it means sacrificing themselves and suffering. When people like him are trying to escape a narcissist he just have to show how much he is suffering and that he will die etc.. and push on all the buttons of the victim and she’ll decide to stay. She learned everything she could and pretended to have the same interests so she could enthral him, and the rest is history. During the trial I couldn’t even speak and I vomited multiple times during the day because hearing his voice and feeling his gaze in my back disgusted me so much that my stomach was cramping. I clenched my fist so tight during all the day that my fingernails made me bleed all over my tissue and I had to wear bandages during weeks after the trial. But she is here calm, making a joke and smiling about the knife and the fact that he could’ve stab her with it, describing the bottle allegedly inserted in her calmly, looking the jury in the eyes while I kept my eyes fixated on my shoes by shame and fear of being seen. Nothing is normal in her demeanor if she is a victim of SA and DV nor in this vid than one week ago !
